I especially want to recognize Manager Manuel, who was extremely helpful in assisting us, and Alex, who conducted our on-site consultation. Alex arrived right on time and was professional, approachable, and very friendly throughout the entire visit. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our property, including the front yard, backyard, and both sides of the house. He carefully explained his findings, identified areas that needed attention, and provided clear guidance on what needed to be corrected. What impressed us most was his attention to detail and willingness to answer questions without making us feel rushed. He also completed the necessary paperwork and emailed us the documentation promptly, making the entire process smooth and efficient. It's refreshing to encounter public service professionals who take such pride in their work and genuinely care about helping the community.
