I bought a Cadillac Escalade from this dealership 4 years ago and Avia Yin was my sells lady. She’s very professional and helped me in many ways. Always listening to my needs, always there for help. On top of that, she has a golden personality. She would never push you to spend a lot but only help you to get the right car you want. I can’t be more grateful! Julie Johnson has been a delight to work with. I purchased my new 2026 Lyriq during the unusually heavy rain in Los Angeles. She still agreed to drive to me and drop it off at my home (since I didn't have a car). Julie is so friendly and knowledgeable that I am able to ask questions regarding features on the phone and she immediately has the answers I need.
