I went to buy two pairs of shoes today. The price tag said $39 each, and the second pair was supposed to be 25% off. At checkout, they charged me over $100. After correcting it to $90, it was still wrong — the total should have been around $70–80 with tax. Then the manager said the tags were wrong. I decided not to buy and left. Felt misleading.

Visited the Crocs store in West Covina with my mom and two sons. We found what we were looking for—my boys got two pairs of shoes, and my mom bought a pair for me. A female employee was kind and gave us a 25% off coupon, which we appreciated.
However, the checkout experience was frustrating. The male cashier seemed irritated when my mom had trouble pulling up her coupon, even rolling his eyes. He said he would manually enter the discount, but we later noticed the discount was not applied to my mom’s purchase. He also charged us each almost $3 for reusable bags we didn’t ask for, and one pair of Crocs I bought rang up $5 more than the tag.
The selection is great, but I’d recommend double-checking your receipt before leaving the store

Really bad customer service! The employee with glasses who talked to me was really rude! I submitted a return online and chose the return to the store option with a shipping label printed. I followed the instruction and found the closest store to me which is this one. That lady in glasses told me that I can’t return those crocs because they don’t have those crocs in the store. I explained to her that the instructions on the official crocs website told me that I can return an online order to the store and I followed all the steps. I even went to FedEx to print out the shipping label. She was super not clear about what she was trying to say, I thought she gonna help me return those but then she said nothing she can do. I have to either call the customer service tomorrow or go to a further store which is 20 miles from my home. In the meantime I also asked her if she can scan my order number and see what she can do in the system. She refused to do so and said she can’t do anything in the system. I stood there for a min trying to think what shall I do. Then she changed her mind saying she can return those in the store for me, all because I refuse to listen to her? She even said that I was rude to her, whereas she was the rude one! I am never going back to this croc store again!

Went in to buy the woody and buzz crocs, nothing posted that marks it as a final sale, un worn crocs due to literally buying them within the hour. Cashier Diego didn't mention it was a final sale, just wanted to swap them out for the correct size. Cashier said there's nothing they can do because corporate doesn't allow them to do refunds on something that again isn't posted as a final sale.

This store is a mess. The inventory on the website doesn't match what the employees claim to have in stock, though they also didn't look, and when I asked different employees I got different answers. Nothing is organized, its all just chaotically thrown on the wall hangers. Overcrowded and tiny. I will never go back.

Two stars reason being selection was ok for 3 stars but meh 2 stars b/c this store is way too jam packed...I was going to get some jibbits but not sure where the line started and ended...ultimately I guess I wasn't in the nonexistent line and I wanted gonna wait 10 years for 5 jibbits and it was so stuffy #No thank you...and there were a lot of workers but some were helpful and others just chit chatting with eachother...do that in the back plz it was so packed I was getting claustrophobic and extra ppl not helping make room for over abundance of ppl if ur just hanging out...felt like anime expo w/o all the fun and cosplay maybe I'll give it another try in the future but it's a NO today...that being said I love crocs and hope it gets better here.

Ok I'm not one to try new things but...It wasn't until I tried on a pair of these shoes. Omg the difference on my feet and back was like night and day. No more lower back I pain like I get with regular tennis shoes or the ones I have with inserts. Like I'm walking on a cloud! Now everyone in the family is wearing them.

I came in this morning, and i guess i didn't realize that it's much more important to gossip and talk trash about the other employees to another co worker than to acknowledge a paying customer. didn't catch the other employees name, but the salesperson on my receipt was lauren.
