I went to this CVS wanting to buy an iron supplement but knowing very little about them. Suzanne greeted me right away and actually walked me to the correct section! Then, after explaining that she is not a doctor and cannot give medical advice (standard procedure, I'm sure), she was kind enough to share her personal experience with several of the supplements!
Once I reached the checkout line, I saw her helping out at the cash registers. When she saw me at the self-checkout machine though, she came over and asked me if I had any questions. What service! I will be back!

Very poor on customer service no shingle and not reminds or reaching customer for their medications keep on waiting went find it out or too late have to get new prescription from doctor I recommend not to go this

The fat, cashier let me wait, and wait, and wait, at 10pm, after back to my car,it's 10:20pm, he don't like me ,anyone ,anything about his job, he looks mean,and hates his job.he don't want to help anyone.

i really greatly dislike this location. its always understaffed so expect to wait half an hour for the pharmacy. waited almost an hour today for the 1 pharmacist to check everyone out.

The customer service at this CVS is on point. Everyone is do helpful and kind and always willing to help. I was having an issue with the check out machine and Rosa came to the rescue. Thank you so much for being you. Keep up the good work

I went here earlier today (11/16/23) and was served at the cash register by a lady named Susan, she was beyond helpful, very friendly and really went out of her way to help me and my niece and even offered assistance to get my 3 yr old nephew with getting his new toy out of the box and in his little hands as swiftly as possible!! I wish all customer service workers were as great as she was!!

when I checking out my stuffs and the cashier ask if I want to sign up for CVS Health Plan that I can get $10 back today. When I ask if I have to pay any fee or something. And he ONLY explained that how Benefit is the program. And I ask again, do I have to pay anything. He said not for today, until next Month. I refuse it. Then he finish his job and said something living on the dream(TWICE). Awww! What a wonderful job he did. Great! Never go back to there again!!! ?

Girl with glasses has the biggest attitude ever I don't know why she even works in customer service ..Was waiting in line and guy with arm tattoos called someone behind me to go first and I said I was first ..he ignores me lol

Worst pharmacy to have your necessary medication filled. Management and clerks will not help you if they need to check with your doctors office. They are inconsiderate to your needs. Walmart Baldwin park has a pharmacy and they are helpful and do not give you a difficult time to receive and fill your prescription. Also per my experience... CVS will sometimes laugh at the fact that they control your medication. I've seen and experienced this kind of behavior. Shame on you! And the managers will do the same. So I do not recommend this CVS.
