There not friendly at ALL poor customer service if you don't like your go somewhere else with that face. ? lines are always long. They should have two cashers . I use to go to Wal-Mart neighborhood they had good customers service. I have to go to cvs cause of my insurance. One time I went Ibneeded to no were the aspirin were they just Point I'm not Familiar with that place they should came out and help me how . Just poor customer service and I ask questions they have attitudes that upset me I get mad at them hope this gets resolved.

Staff are always friendly to us, goes the extra mile to get us discount, and honest. I’ve left my phone twice and even insurance card and DL . They keep it safe and calls us to inform us that we left something in their location.

CVS has always been helpful to us Staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Never had any problem picking up medicines. And what makes it wonderful, they send you updates and reminders on the availability of your medicines. Making it easy for everybody....Great, isn't it!

Went for a photo shoot for passport. The outcome is trash. I wanted to share with them the requirements I found on Chinese government website, but they just refused and pretended that they are pros. Turns out that they know nothing. They have no idea what is needed for Chinese passport.

I came in to make a few purchases using my carepass and addirional coupons. Didn't find all the items I was looking for - the shelves were pretty bare, only 1-2 of each item that I was looking for. Not alot of employees there to help if you need anything or have questions. When I was checking out, the lady wasn't too friendly. First of all, one of the products that i was purchasing was placed on the wrong hook so the price reflected was incorrect and those hooks were fully stocked. I asked her about the price since it was ringing up much more than what the price tag reflected and also about the extra bucks (money CVS gives back to your account if you make a purchase of specific items) on the products. Her attitude was pretty poor but she eventually gave me the price adjustment with the managers approval.But here comes the extrabucks part... one of my items had a yellow extrabucks sticker for $4 and I didn't see it on my receipt. I had to go back to the display where the item and sticker was with the manager to prove that it was advertised as such. She told me that the sticker was put on the wrong item. Again, eventually they gave me the $4 extrabucks but again with attitude and alot of eye rolling between the manager and the employee at checkout.Normally, I won't complain or give a bad review but I think everyone shopping at this location should be aware to check your receipt to make sure that you are being charged correctly and that you get what you are entitled to whether it be a coupon, reward, etc. - this is good business practice. Pople want to shop at a reputable business and the business will stand behind their policies... no attitude needed or given.I spent quite a bit of money there and didn't need or want the extra little drama that was given by the employees. I understand that it may have been a tough or bad day. I get it. But please, be a little more courteous. That's not much to ask for.I will most likely be shopping at a different CVS location.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for many years. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, except for one lady. Neeru. She is dismissive, rude, never smiles, and talks down to people. She should not be working in customer service. I dread having to interact with her. And if I have to call for some reason and she answers, I know to wait until the next day to pick up my medication so I have less chance of interacting with her.Adriana is the best one here. Love when I get to interact with her

They mislabeled a 30 day supply as 60, when I called to ask about it they banned me and said I cant use the pharmacy anymore, wouldnt even let me pick up what I had there.

Yesterday morning my doctor transmitted a dosage change of a vital medication. Hadn't heard a thing from CVS. I called this morning spoke to Neeru, the pharmacist, they hadn't processed my prescription because they didn't even notice my medication had been increased. The last time my prescription was filled, it was filled with the wrong dosage, 25mcg's less than my prescription of 100mcg's that they had filled at least two times before. Also, they speak very fast, and in a hurry to get you off the phone!!! Even though you have other questions and concers!!! Then they give you attitude when you call them back and they still cut you off!!!

Absolutely the worst CVS experience ever!! Got a text saying them edd the Dr prescribed we're ready. Took the drive which is a whole city away from where I live And they said they can't give me the meds because their pharmacist is out to lunch!!! At 4:30pm. Does not help that the The staff is RUDE! Now I must sit here in extreme pain because they made a mistake telling me the meds were READY!! Switching pharmacies ASAP!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My 4 month old got sick for the very first time, I had to take her to the emergency room. The doctors prescribed her 3 different medications and I went Sunday morning to drop off the prescriptions. When I came home ready to give her the medication, I followed the instructions which were to give her 5mL of the medication. I then noticed that she started to have droopy eyes and she seemed so out of it. I took her to the doctors and they said that the dosage on the bottle of medication was more than DOUBLED. I got in contact with the hospital to see if it was an error on their part but they wrote out the prescription correctly. It was an error of the pharmacist, my baby was only supposed to be taking 1 mL of the medication instead of 5mL!!!!! Just wanted to write this review because this is not the first time this pharmacy has made a mistake, thankfully my baby is fine but they can always make the same mistake and another baby may not have the same reaction as mine.

This is my go to location when filling my prescriptions. Everyone is so polite and greet me right away. They answer any questions I may have. They are also quick to fill my prescriptions.

I want to give them 0 star, they even not qualified for one star. The Pharmacist Hao Truong gave wrong dosage instruction, be careful everybody, make sure to check before taking any medicine. When we went back on next day, the female assistant was so rude and mean, they don't really feel apologized for that.
