The speed of getting medicine is very slow. To use the restroom, you have to ask the staff for the key.

Truely deserved. The employees don’t even want to be there. Once you go inside, you cant wait to get out. They literally have two people working in the entire store. Maybe someone was on break.

This place was still open at 850p, receiving my prescription before their closing time at 10 pm. They ended up saying they close at 9 pm and hours were not yet updated when I went to get a status update on filling it and refused to fill it telling me to go elsewhere. They refused to help me transfer my medication and told me other cvs stores can help out with transferring. I checked the CVS app, and the store hours are at 10 pm. Not sure if they truly changed hours, but CVS Corporate should look into this. They probably didn't want to transfer or assist me with moving my prescription is because they wanted to leave early. Then they talked badly about the urgent care I went to for knowing store hours, which should be 10 pm because CVS app said 10 pm.

One of the Asian women at the pharmacy was very rude, very impatient just asking a few questions, I asked how to take this medicine? She said put it in your mouth .
if you don't like the job, don't do it, if you need the money, then it's your job.

To the pharmacy... if your that unhappy at your job! There is no need to project your unhappiness at customers. In person and over the phone especially! Your Customer Service is horrible...

Not sure why this CVS has such a low rating. The store was fine for me and seemed organized. Found what I needed and the clerk helped me get something from a locked case - even answering a few questions. I usually go to the one closer to home, but was around the area and stopped by here instead. If I needed CVS and this is closer, I'd return.

This CVS Pharmacy are very bad to Customer. I been calling and go there to try to get help. The person working in there are mad and yelling.

I Love CVS this location has friendly employees, interior is clean w/ spacious isles. Stock has been LOW on a lot of stuff lately. Unfortunately the last couple of visits (3x in a month) the exterior has been filthy, disgusting stained sidewalks. Come on CVS do better pressure wash those sidewalks, empty trash cans & the same gross blanket has been there a whole week!! Luckily NO homeless sketchy characters outside except for man asking for signatures on a petition you encounter him going in & out of store. Is CVS responsible for exteriors of store locations??

CVS pharmacy there customer service are rude and it sounds like they don't like their job.....Go find a job you really like it because your customer service isn't professional at all.

Beware. The pharmacy closes during the day for lunch. Nowhere does it mention that on their site or the location. This is the 1st CVS that I know does this. Not very convenient.

CVS is my favorite store, not only because of great affordable pricing, but also because of its warm, friendly, helpful staff. I commend Blanca, my cashier, for helping me with all the goods I bought. I would indeed recommend this CVS store to my relatives and friends.
