I booked a trip for four days using my hard earned points so we could attend my husbands fathers funeral that was unexpected. On the way to the airport I had to end up taking my husband to the ER where he was admitted to the hospital. I called the hotel from the hospital and they refused to cancel my reservations and give me my points back because I didn’t cancel within their guidelines. It was an emergency. Maybe I could accept losing one night but not all 4 nights. Wyndham rewards kept calling the manager at this hotel and they kept hanging up on them. I called 4 days in a row to try to get my points back without success. My husband couldn’t go to his father’s funeral services and admitted to the hospital and Wyndham Days Inn in West Covina stole our points. I’ll give my business elsewhere from now on.
The manager responded to one of my reviews and apologized and said that he would look into it. However, that was just a bunch of crap because nothing has been done and they are still not planning on refunding me even though I had an emergency to take my husband to the hospital on the way to his dad’s funeral. They just wanted it to seem like they were concerned and surprised the situation happened and would look into it and get back to me, but they did not.

Oh man. So disappointed. On Priceline, it was advertised as having a fitness center and pool/jacuzzi, doesn’t have either (pool is closed). The water dispenser is ‘out of water’, the beds are not comfortable, the tub faucet dripped all night. Breakfast had no protein or healthy options, just juice/bagels/sugary cereal. I’m so mad I spent $190 to stay here ?Such a rip off.

I’m honestly shocked they have anything above 1 star. Worst service ever, my mother stayed here overnight on a trip and the toilet wasn’t flushing so she called the front desk who blamed her for the issue despite her just getting to the room. Maintenance then handed my mom (who has 1 arm) a plunger to do it herself. My mom made clear she had only 1 arm and the maintenance attempted and toilet still didn’t work so they put her in another room where again the toilet didn’t work and rather than fix the issue or get her into a room with a working toilet she was told to use the lobby restroom when needed. When I went to pick up my mom the front desk was highly unprofessional and rude to both me and my mother. This location needs to completely replace all staff cause I will never recommend this days inn again and discourage others from going.

I often grabbed the room but I started to see unpleasant things about being quiet, sawing, boxing ring, some racism, discrimination, despots, totally the opposite, as I thought they were, they threw away my belongings according to them, rather I think they kept them, I wouldn't return, terrible service. And it's a very bad time... how sad that even though we are going to leave money, they look at you from Ariva to Bajo wow. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT, BE CAREFUL, THEY ARE ARROGANT DESPOTS.
Safety: I've seen very suspicious people fighting in the back parking lot.

Not the best, but also not the worst...The ok: close to many restaurants and shops. We were near everything we could need. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast is very simple, but good (cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice, etc). Bed was decent. No bugs. Clean bathrooms. No issues with check in or check out. The bad: chewed up gum left on the headboard. Stained towels. Thinnest walls ever. You're next to the highway and you can definitely tell. Hot tub was broken. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent. It's a decent place if you just need somewhere to sleep for 1-2 nights. Not as bad as a lot of the reviews made it seem but again, also not great at all. We brought our own blankets and pillows and i recommend anyone staying here to do the same.

No place to hang clothes..ZERO...POOL not working, hot tub out. Room on VERY BUSY HIGHWAY and windows seemed open they were so worthless stopping noise. STILL have stupid covid signs...

We booked & paid for our room 5 months in advance, and requested a jacuzzi. We show up and are told no jacuzzi rooms are available, which is completely understandable. However, the office staff treated my mom horribly, and were incredibly condescending the whole time. We finally get our keys, and they don’t work for the door. At this point, my mom is crying. I went back to get the keys fixed and was met with the manager who essentially told me we were being kicked out, with no refund due to my mom saying she felt as though they were lying to her. Huge overreaction to what seemed to be a small misunderstanding or miscommunication. Absolutely unacceptable how they spoke to my mom. The manager is incredibly rude. The girl at the desk seemed like she was trying to help, but he wouldn’t let her. He just wanted to make a statement by canceling our reservation, and insisting we can’t get a refund because we didn’t book with them directly. This was even after we showed him the bank statements of the payment for our room, that was paid to them directly. Absolutely insane and horrible business practices. VERY much recommend the Hampton Inn a couple miles down the road though.Rooms: Couldn’t see the room because they refused to let us into the room we paid for.

We stayed the night before and had an amazing stay, our second night however was nothing of the sort. I noticed a stain under the pillow case, and once i took it off, there was paw prints and poo and what seemed to be old dried blood on both the sheets and pillow. We went down to let the front desk know and she did apologize and said she'd get in touch with housekeeping, but after a minute we went back to ask for another room because we felt uncomfortable with our stay and she said there were no other rooms available and seemed a bit annoyed of the situation. We understood as it is a super busy weekend and weren't trying to be rude and went back up and we're only given new pillows and two sheets. We understand it's pet friendly but expected the sheets to at least be checked and changed.

I booked the room 3 weeks in advance and I requested a 1st floor room because I'm handicapped. Didn't get that. The room wasn't special but the bed was. I've never slept on granite before. ? My back was so sore I couldn't stand up straight for 10 minutes. Luckily it was just a one night stay.

Rooms were big employees nice and helpful, except for the bugs, spiders I found 2 rescued one and let him go out side other not so lucky and also the bed bug bites I found on my leg the first night as second night I found them on my arm also the sink from the bathroom was leaking from the bottom. Food around the area was nice but would not come back here after those bed bugs.

I'm staying here for the weekend with my wife and Service Dog I get here to check in and I'm charged an extra $25 per night for my service dog I told the employee at the front desk I'm a veteran and I was not offered a military discount. The parking lot is limited and very small they put cones for you not to park in current spots which is dumb and the rooms are dirty and need to be updated the AC cover broken and the bathroom looks like there was a leak in the roof poor patching. I Don't recommend this place to stay you better off going to the Best western or Holiday Inn across the freeway. Shame on management for charging Veterans for there service dogs!!!

Don't stay here!The hotel is infested with bed bugs! Such a run down place. I had a reservation. Upon arrival i was told there were no more pet room available, so i had to pay extra for a double bedroom. I was ok with that. I parked in their parking lot at the back of the property, there was what look like a homeless tent on the lot. Still, i was trying to give them a chance. Passed the pool on the way to the room. It looked dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Finally went to the room. At a glance everything looked ok. Everything seemed to be ok. Until i pulled down the sheets to make the bed more comfortable. A giant brown stain on that sheet. Remind me of oxidized blood stain. OH No! I said ok, i have another bed. When i pulled the pillows from the headboard, there was a giant bed bug chillin on that pillow. I threw it off the bed, and killed it. I immediately called the front desk on a phone that didn't really worked. Had to keep wiggling the wire to hear a tone. Finally got the front desk. Was put on hold not once, 3 times. Then, after about 10 minutes, it was hung up. I decided I was done with this place. Packed my bags and booked a different hotel. Went down stairs and handed the key cards to the staff Bridget. I recorded the talk with her where i explained the problem. I was told they just fumigated, so they know theres bugs. Was told 2 speak with Sam the manager. the next morning. Drove up thete next morning. No Sam. Apparently theirs no Sam that works there! Apparently the elusive managers name Shiraz. Giv me my $450!
