Customer service is lacking. But to be quite honest, that stems from the low pay the management offers. So I don't really hold it against the workers. What I do have a problem with is how the management decides to train the employees an manage them. That is the problem.

It's been a while since I've been there. But the last time I was there. They ended up putting everything on my Steak tacos and because I don't eat cheese. I asked them to put it in a plane heart taco I asked for extra State they ended up putting everything on it when it was supposed to be playing just with the extra steak. So I ended up calling a person by the name of the answer the phone she was so kind so respectful she said don't worry about it won't take care of it. I don't through so much in life but I couldn't come and get it in the past couple of month so I finally went right now and somebody by the name of Angie at the window. She told me supervisor said. If you don't pay for it, we're not gonna give it to you for free, and she told me that. Wendy is not even working there no more.But when she told me supervisor told her Not to give me anything for free. She was still standing in front of me at the window. She did not even go inside to check for my name on a piece of paper or in the back or anything. She was at the end of the whole time. She didn't even speak to nobody. Her name is Angie. I take a pin. I take my allergies very serious.

ate here tonight about an hour ago and got the fish tacos. now I am sicker than a dog. I have been throwing up for a solid 45 minutes. Whatever you do do NOT order any fish since they serve bad fish that will make you super sick. I have never had such bad food poisoning in my life. I will NEVER eat at this location EVER again

Food usually good here for a fast food joint but I was disappointed with the Carne asada taco salad.... literally gave me 5 chips and the smallest amount of meat.

The workers here are SO RUDE and disrespectful. I have gotten food poisoning twice from this location and reported it to West Covina Public Health but they never followed up. I called and tried to speak to the manager but the workers just said mean things and hung up. Don't waste your time here, the workers here are miserable and don't know how to use the Del Taco app because they're so untrained and unprofessional!
