I’ve been to many Firestone’s but the one in West Covina is by far the one where I felt the most at ease. Everyone is very friendly and had great customer service. My car is running like brand new. Also the store manager Richard was amazing. He made sure I was informed about the progress of my car and some other issues that my car had. Overall I was absolutely satisfied with my visit to West Covina Firestone and I will definitely be going back there for the foreseeable future.

West covina store did great work on realigning my vehicle, When another firestone dealership couldn't get it done right.
Richard was great, considerate.Very knowledgeable and fair on his quotes on replacement tires.
I'm definitely going back to this store for my tires when they come up due to be replaced.
