I purchased some shoes here recently on a so called discount on something I thought was legit. I walked in purchased some shoes for 2. I still ended paying more than I thought. Maybe it was the original or regular price. But, anyways I like the shoes and I was happy. Place right near the mall. Customer Service was ok. But I might not be coming back.

Went in today and was helped out by Gigi. Omgsh she was amazing and so helpful. I tried on a few different new balances and each time she was so nice about it and gave me her honest opinions on all of them. She was great to talk to and just so friendly. Thank you so much for making my shoe shopping that much easier. You rock girl.

Came to this store to buy some shoes and walk in there not even a hello the lady cashier she keep eye contact with me and never felt so ignored two employed walk by me and only send excuse me cause I guess I was on there way but not one said hello welcome can I help you felt very uncomfortable like if my service was not acceptable never again will go this store service is so poor

I went to this W. Covina location looking for a pair of air force 1 LV8s in women and youth. I asked the employee she looked on her phone and said that they did not have them in stock at the store. I left and then proceeded to go to another store they were assisting me in finding the shoes they told me the foot locker in the mall had one pair in stock in the size I was looking for. I went back to foot locker a lady came out from the back with the shoes I had previously asked for as I was being checked out I asked the cashier Brianna why I had been told that the shoes were not in stock if they clearly they had them. She responded very defensively "were they on display?" "did I tell you we didnt have them in stock?" I told her no but your coworker Alex, said they you didn't have them. I asked Did she not want to bother to look? I paid for my shoes and left. Their customer service I'm nonexisting employees were more interested in gossiping and flirting With a customer and employees communicating via their headsets encouraging to flirt with a male customer and what questions to ask him.

Went to this location today and there was 5 employees standing around and just myself in the store.i wanted to buy 2 pairs of air Jordans so I went to the men's section and waited to be helped.waited very patiently but help never came,I was never acknowledged,and I just stood there waiting.they were too busy joking and laughing and hanging out with each other that they forgot they are there to sell shoes.never going back to waste my time again at this store.

How am I supposed to buy clothes without a fitting room??? If you guys didn't think it through you may just postpone it instead of putting all the clothes in the store but have your employees asking what the customers want, but don't have a fit room... It's ridiculous

Um lol. So the person I was helped by was very rude? For no reason. Wish I looked at his name tag. Really wish I got that name tag. If you hate your job little dude just say that & leave lol. Some guy with a thin little mustache was acting very cocky when I had a question about Klarna. I had originally spoke to a really chill girl over the phone told her the website was giving me trouble, she said come in. We tried to do the transaction & even she was confused by how to set it up. It was my first time trying to make a purchase this way, I was just trying to order some shoes for my husband & this little man is out here talking to me like I'm stupid. He kept asking me questions if I was trying to ship them to my house or to their West co location. I believe he said "What are you trying to do ma'am, No, you aren't understanding my question, You don't get what I'm saying." HEAVY ON ATTITUDE. Lucky I left, I was ready to snap. I told him that I was trying to do the 4 Klarna payments, but get the shoes delivered to their store so I can pick them up. He really made my experience shit because he kept saying I didn't understand his questions over & over again, proceeded to not help me when the store was dead. So I'm standing off to the side clueless on what to do next. Not gonna lie it sucked. This man basically dismissed me like the "know it all" he swears he is. I think there was 3 customers max while I was there & even then they were self sufficient. Even my uncle said we were rushed & he was careless towards us. I work retail & have NEVER treated anyone the way I was treated today. Foot locker is it in your job description to make customers feel stupid ? Look into your employees please lol. Specifically this location because of this dude. It's fine, I called Cerritos footlocker & I was told I'd be helped & walked through. (: Thanks for nothing dude with little man complex.

Had won a pair off the app. As I went to go pick up my pair they had told me that they sold “ my pair “ even tho it was for reservations. This made me realize this store is a horrible store and customer service. I will never bother again with a footlocker that backdoors reservations pairs to their friends. I hope that new main manager knows what he’s doing. Poor service

Manager and customer service overall is very horrible! I had a reservation for the Jordan 4 black canvas at this store. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pick up the day of release, so I decided to go the next morning after the release to pick it up and they had already sold it before they even opened. These employees are full of back door and only sell to their friends or family.
