............................I haven't done business with Performance Ford, West Covina so my rating is based on feedback which earns them 2 stars............................I've been looking for a new ford for 6 months, while comparing pricing, distance from my location and dealer Google ratings. Even with very competitive prices, I have to say, when a business is unable to raise their 3.7 rating, even after a change of ownership and/or management, over a 5yr time period, for me, that speaks volumes. I've already returned 2 vehicles to dealers. One is because I was lied to and 2nd was because of deposit agreement. In each case the vehicle I wanted was sold out from under me and they wanted to sell me a higher price model. Their ratings were both 4.5 & 4.4. So, with 3.7 I have to believe what I read. Buyers........take your time, there's too many dealers out there and whether you know it or not you are the one in the drivers seat........pun intended! Listen to your gut and don't be afraid to walk away.

Their customer services are horrible. I just call to ask their customer service hour and told them I need to bring my new F-150 Lighting to do the recall services issued by Ford. And the woman in their service department answered the phone just don't want to do the services. Performance Ford should consider to fire her. She just a bump to the company.

I am referring to curb side service as it pertains to an oil change. Jorge, the technician, was 15 minutes early which was appreciated ( November 6th 23’). He completed his tasks in a timely manner in order to have my vehicle serviced and ready to go for me. His service was stellar!!

Horrible customer service. Not reliable or timely. Inaccurate diagnostics, constant going back and forth because the technicians didn't know what they were doing. I took my car in for one problem and they broke multiple parts causing me to take my car in 4 more times after the fact. The car had one problem I left it with ford and it came out with many more and I was out of a car for more than a month. No rentals offered for their mistake. And at the end of it all they told me to just take it to another dealer because they couldn't figure out their own mistake. This company clearly wanted me to keep coming back and keep paying for again THEIR MISTAKE. Worst experience I've ever encountered more problems than I came in with. Do not come here unless you want to be ripped off.

I want to thank Ford for honoring me. I'm extremely pleased with their service, I bought a 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend Sport ?. I'm grateful, happy and still excited! Thanks again for making me happy! What an amazing, beautiful vehicle wow!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a vehicle here about 2 years ago. I have a low mileage car but I received a recall notice. I have brought the vehicle in now 4 times and the service manager keeps telling me that the part is on back order. Shocker! Back order on a part that is needed for proper functioning of the vehicle. Also, they will put nails in your brand new tires, so you have to come back for service. The guy with the craters all-over his face will act nice but he's a snake.To all new customers beware, they tell you that you need an extended warranty to get a loan which is untrue and I am in the process of working with the FTC consumer complaints department on this. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR ANTICS AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.I'm paying this car off and never again will I do business with this dealership.

I always have issues with my car, it hasn't even been a year. Every time I get my car serviced the service workers have b!tchy attitudes. There's only one helpful person, I believe his name is Jonathan. The rest of them are trash. This is super annoying because Ford is super quick when it comes to taking my monthly payment but when it comes down to y'all giving the same energy towards helping me fix issues with my car y'all don't. Btw they won't even provide a rental, but they want me to leave my car there for 3 days to get a diagnostic and another couple days for it to get "fixed" I'm having problems with my Apple car play, I got it serviced in one day but I still had to come back because whatever they did, didn't work. I'm sure yall don't really fix anything.Ford keeps playing with my time, and testing tf out of my patience.

I can't thank Brittany at Performance Ford enough for her outstanding service. She not only showed remarkable compassion by driving to McDonald's to get my daughter a change of clothes after an accident, but she was also incredibly thorough in explaining the terms. Though I ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere due to budget constraints, Brittany's professionalism and dedication were exceptional. I'm certain that when I'm in a position for a refinance or future purchase, I'll be returning to Performance Ford thanks to the wonderful experience Brittany provided.

This dealership was great! I highly recommend trying their mobile service. Technician came to my house and performed an oil change and tire rotation right from my driveway. He also was able to check the brakes, fluids and tire pressure. It was simple and seamless and I was able to work while my vehicle was getting service and I wasn't stuck waiting 2+ hours. This is great feature to add. I will definitely be scheduling my next service here again.

I purchased my vehicle in 2018 and have been getting it serviced here ever since. I was recently offered a new service where they completed the works package from the comfort of my home. I would highly recommend this service to everyone! It was a complimentary service so I paid the same price I would have paid taking it to the dealer myself.Thank you Performance Ford for the amazing service.

Contacted dealership about a specific vehicle. Told them I was interested and would like to hold it as I will need to come from out of town. They told me they could do that but would need to do a contract. Im fine with that and proceeded to fill out the loan application. The next morning I'm contacted to get more information. A couple of hours later I'm called by another person at the dealership as a "courtesy" to let me know the vehicle had been sold the day before and if I was interested in any other vehicles. For me it reconfirms the sleazyness of car dealerships. Sour taste of having to deal with them. This one in particularly is low on the list. They said that they would give my name to the manager and they would give me a call. Well, no call yet. It is a day later. What a performance... In West Covina, California.

Horrible customer service and overall horrible experience. If you can avoid them at all cost please do so. Sales people are disengaged and not knowledgeable about sales, vehicle or pricing. The only sales guy there who was nice was Ivan.Then they blow your phone up with calls and the girl calling doesn’t understand what take my number off your list means in violation of FTC and then just hangs up on you and begins texting.Seriously avoid a headache and go somewhere else.
