Worse customer service I've seen in a while. This man in his 20s was being completely rude to me for no reason when I was just asking for a product , not give a damn if you were thinking of coming here don't.

Beware- Spoke to Gilbert (Young Guy - Light complected mixed) at store and I purchased a pre workout at another gnc store but was returning since my receipt shows I can return/exchange at any GNC LOCATION and I let him know very friendly heyy this one didn't work for me and I wanted to exchange for another product in store and he said "Sorry not able to do that since we don't carry that product (MUSCLETECH BURN IQ) at our store. You have to return to same location or a corporate store because we're a franchise" I showed him and read the receipt because theres no GNC super close and I didn't want to go everywhere and he said sorry can't do rudely and I am not mean at all so I was taken back. (Which explains my review because it's upsetting). Todays date is 3/12. Purchase date is 2/18/2023. This is ridiculous and I've never had any issues at any other gnc store since I buy a lot of vitamins and supplements. I attached my receipt so I guys can see as well. Btw I drove to Azusa store and they didn't sell item either and exchanged no problem. So I know it was the guy who was being unhelpful.

I went in this store after my workout next door to buy some vitamins and the Hispanic lady that works there is just rude. I pointed to some vitamins and asked if they had something less expensive than the $20 calcium and she looks at it with an attitude and says they are not $20 dollars, they are $19.95. Wow. I left. Her rudeness and tone of voice sucks.

Employee Gilbert told me there's no corporate# I bought a product that when I got home I found it was open.I came early to exchange it and Gilbert said he can't accept open product.I get they don't accept open product but the question is:At what point someone open this product????And if it was a return NOBODY checked it???Now I have to take the hit for their negligence.

Absolutely do not go here. Was told we had to wear a mask. Explained that my pregnant wife couldn't. Went outside. She stayed outside and I came back in with a mask to get vitamins she needs for her pregnancy. Was refused service because I already came in without a mask. Then the employee would not tell me his name and told me he was the store manager. Awful that GNC has "managers" like this. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to not go to GNC

If you happen to have a medical condition that keeps you from wearing a mask do not come to this GNC. My wife who has asthma was denied service and given a really hard time with no sympathy from the manager when I asked for assistance. We understand the climate we are in and believe in safety, but don't believe in discrimination based on a medical condition. This happened on August 2 around 3 PM.

Had exactly what I needed. The debt card machine was down so went to get cash, and the manager gave me 20 percent off. Totally unexpected and unnecessary as wasn't her fault the machine was down!!!

Worst customer service specially the manager she's a lady in her late 40's very rude. Worst GNC place to shop never coming here again.

Associate was engaging and helping me make decisions. She was knowledgeable in health and fitness. I was there early and the shop opened right on the dot. Store was clean and fully stocked. Many sales were going on for the protein powders. Signs and labels were clear and visible.Located near Walmart and Target.

Terrible customer service. Young man seem to be in his 20s didn’t greet me as I walked in. Then I figured I’ll say “How’s it going?” The sales associate blankly stared at me and and said nothing. As I proceeded to browse the store he was too busy to with his phone to ask if I needed help finding anything. I will not be shopping at that location ever again....

Had a horrible experience here today. Walked in to a lot of people standing around. We were greeted by a sales person but they were unfamiliar with what we were looking for and we were on our own. The sales staff was more interested in educating groups of people instead of helping paying customers. I ended up finding what I needed on my own after asking 5+ people to move out of the way. And our bill was over $100. I’ll be using the rest of my points and going somewhere who values my business.
