BEWARE!!!!!! There was a cockroach in MY BED!!! Not in the sink, not in the bathtub, not in the bathroom. IN MY BED ON MY PILLOW!!!! I am still traumatized!!!!!!!

Won't go back. Bed hard as board. Had to call several times for extra padding...didn't help much. Our door battery had to be changed while waited in the hallway. No comp for inconvenience.
Told they had just replaced locks before our stay...no quality control.
This place presents like it is going out of business.

Stayed there on 8/09/25 very clean smelling good rooms great breakfast hotel is not too big or small the service by staff is great smiles ..specially alicia she made us feel almost like home asking if we need anything I defenetly recommend this place

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Traveling alone with my two children, I felt safe knowing there was 24-hour security on the property. Fernando was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs, which made our stay even more special. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a great start to each day. Our room was very clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Apparently you have to beg for an additional night when your father is up the road about to go. I wasn't asking for a free night, just an additional.

Great service from Mariinda ( front desk). Probably spelled her name wrong. She had a great attitude and very helpful. Everyone one seemed very dedicated to making this l hotel a 5 star.

I have stayed in many Hampton Inns. This one is the most horrible one I ever stayed. Too many people were waiting and there was no breakfast. After 15 minutes, a lady comes with some Scrambled eggs that one person can eat all. Please don’t ruin Hampton Inn image you people.

a pretty outdated but still clean property. You get exactly what you expect from a Hampton hotel: a decent room, free parking, and a regular brekfast selection. I had to wait quite a while during check-in since there was a large group who had arrived just before me. And the online check-in via the Hilton app did not work. Still a good stay.

We stayed at the Hilton Hampton Inn for Fourth of July & it was absolutely amazing. Check in & check out through the app was amazingly convenient with 2 small children. My children's father passed away last month, so having the convenience of being able to go straight to our room and to the pool to enjoy our holiday was appreciated beyond words. The pool was clean and at the most perfect temperature. The garden around the hotel was luscious and the staff was friendly, attentive, hard-working, & professional. We're excited to visit again.

Great location just a few feet from restaurants half a mile to shopping. Room was clean ac was verrry cold lol outdoor pool was clean. Great stay for the night just wish there was a microwave in the room. Regardless I'd stay again! Front desk agents and housekeeping were very friendly and breakfast was good.

Was charged for the room before I checked in. Then was charged for $150 for incidentals. Three times more than anywhere else. Not
Worth it. I got the money back but could’ve used it for other things like dinner or breakfast. Also did not receive complimentary water. Considering the price of the hotel was not worth it and the complimentary breakfast was not like it used to be. Do not recommend staying here not worth it unless you dont mind high rates for an average hotel room.
