They took care of my wife when she realized the gift card was missing in the bag. The sales person forgot to put it in. They get her a gift card for the trouble of going back to retrieve it.

I came to H&M kids cuz I always find exactly what I want for my granddaughter and my grandson. Great prices and nice selection of clothes. Customer service kind of sucked the guy behind the register wasn't too friendly or talkative didn't thank me but that doesn't mean I won't go back.

Terrible customer service, this place is toxic! An employee was helping me to find specific shorts everything was okay, they all have earpieces on them, he gave me a dirty look and right away 0.2 seconds gave me a friendly smile, like really so obvious? And all of the sudden when I was about to leave, I hear some blonde worker say , oh my god he's looks so. weird!!! What did I ever do to you???? Is that how you want to treat customers? People were helpful to some extend. Had a return that I purchased online. Didn't fit so I returned it to the store. No problem returning the item with a receipt. Large store. Lots to see. Mostly shop on line, but will return because I like to see more items that is hard to see on line.

He walked RIGHT BY ME ALMOST KNOCKING INTO ME WITHOUT AN EXCUSE ME OR ANYTHING!!!Update 2/19My guess is that they COULD CARE LESS about customer service. Three different employees walked past me without even a simple hello smile. Forget about asking to help you! Asked for corporates number since a manager couldn't be found.Not to mention clothes on the floor and hanging in a way that made it difficult to shop without even more clothes ending up on the floor. I wouldn't recommend shopping here. Maybe the one nearest to you has better customer service than this one! Let me know where it is!

This store is now my favorite from all the stores at the mall!!! Theres always clothes on sell and the best part is that not even the clothes thats not for sale isnt crazy expensive, so thats a major plus. Just got this fit for about $100!!!!

Wow. What a great experience I had here. They have all the clothing you could need and at unbelievably low price, like seriously low. I'm talking 8 dollars for some jeans! It is also a huge location with plenty of clothes. The staff is very helpful, just not super easy to find. I will be returning and recommend looking for clothing here for yourself.
