“There was a break into my room. Somebody wiped filthy substances everywhere in the room. Staff was very professional about the whole thing. My head also started hurting intensily while inside this hotel. Also there are people in the walls banging and making noises all night. And creepy guys hanging around.”

“Even though the Fairfield Inn & Suites Los Angeles West Covina is rated as a 3-star hotel, our weekend stay felt like a 5-star experience. The staff was friendly and made check-in quick and easy, setting a great tone right from the start. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, welcoming feel throughout. Our room (two double beds) was spotless, and everything worked exactly as it should. The complimentary breakfast was a standout—plenty of fresh, well-stocked options, and even though it was busy, it never felt hectic. Parking was easy, with lots of convenient spots available. The pool and jacuzzi are on the smaller side, but both were clean and in good working order, so no complaints there. The only minor drawbacks were the thin walls and some initial confusion about where to park—I accidentally pulled into the neighboring Pacific Stay hotel twice since its entrance, along with the Fairfield and Hampton Inn, are all very close together. A clearer sign off Fairway Lane would definitely help. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much our stay exceeded expectations.”

“I stayed over the weekend for ren faire and had a really good experience at this hotel. It is close to everything you could need and feels safe. The room was clean and the people at the front desk were actually very nice both over the phone and in person. The shower handle is a little tricky (you have to pull the knob out to start the water) but the water gets hot and the only toiletries they don’t provide are tooth brush & tooth paste. The only microwave is located in the lobby so keep that in mind.
My only complaint during this stay is that from the time I walked out of the shower to the bed, my feet were black. The carpets are in real need of cleaning. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and would return”

“Decent stay. There's a section that you can tell has been remodeled so it's clean and really nice inside(but costs more.) And the other half, where I stayed, is the older building which is still decent, just bit dirtier looking, but still decent for the price. I like the fact they allow Dogs. The staff was chill & Tv channels great, also Wi-Fi is available. Overall 7.8/10 rating.”
