Noely thank you I had recently purchased a pair of timberland boots when I bought them the man said they would stretch out but for the 20 mins I had them on they were still to painful and if I spent that much money on a pair of shoes I would expect no pain iam a 9 wide in women and I had to get a 10 for my foot to fit.I decided to return them cause my foot was swelling up journey said they only exchange or store credit cause I wore them for 20 mins I was upset however noely was kind to help even though at first I was kinda aggressive but she found a solution for my situation and iam very greatfulAt first I didn't wanna go back to journeys but because of her and the way she helped my situations I would return to journeys hoping to find more like her thank you again noely

It’s ok I like the shoes I bought sneakers for school, but I didn’t like the girl with the black long hair she looked at me funny I find this discrimination I felt unfortunately uncomfortable

Beyond atrocious customer service. Not greeting guests, not asking anyone if they needed assistance. Both workers (guy & girl) or maybe it's "She/they,"now, oops. Anyways, she was on and off her phone the entire time. Not helpful in regards to us asking questions about the shoes, in which we had to go up to them and they saw us multiple times. Won't return. Order offline guys, save your wallet and your most import asset TIME.

To the 3 girls working on Saturday, March 26 around 6:20 pm. Do better! As a person, as an employee, as a customer service rep. My parents, 6 year old and 6 month old showed up. We asked two see 1 pair of glittered vans for a baby, which didn't seem to fit, but my daughter asked for food. So as I make her a bottle I also asked for a pair of white converse. Granted, I should of waited for her to eat, but I have impatient 6 year and was trying to multitask. I made the bottle and told her I would put them on my daughter when she finished eating. She immediately went to her two coworkers and told them to keep an eye on us. They all look at us and from that second on kept an eye on us at all times. She should have been more discreet. She saw how I was struggling and she instead insinuated I was going to steal the shoes. I fed my daughter, tried the shoes on her and gave them back. As soon as I have them back, they couldn't open them fast enough to check. I grew up in West Covina, so Journeys is a place I have bought shoes from for the last 15+ years. I have so many memories of this place while I was in high school, now all I will remember is this experience and will never buy here again. Oh to top of off, a Dad asked for blue baby Crocs and one of them told him that Journeys kids had better selection. The guy told her, ok but I still want to see the shoes lol so maybe they shouldn't sell kids shoes. Shame on me for not going to the other journeys.

On 12/5/21 I was on a mad hunt for black Doc Marten 1460 Pascal boots for my daughter's birthday present. Everywhere was sold out in her size. I called Journeys and was kindly assisted over the phone. I hurried over to the store and was immediately greeted by a really nice associate in a green sweater. (Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. If you remember us, my daughter was wearing a softball uniform!) She brought out the boots, unwrapped them, assisted my daughter with trying them on, suggested some socks, wrapped the boots back up, and handled the check out. Start to finish, less than 15 minutes. She was relatable, friendly, so willing to help SELL a pair of shoes. Even my teen daughter commented on what an easy process it was and what great customer service we received. Thank you!
