Noely really helped with my needs even with like 8 people asking for a return or a pair swap. Despite this she still gave me the undivided attention, patiently. And check this out, yall even had a tape measurer to use on the baby ugg bootz!!!! man thanks. shoes came in today, she should grow into them. just like the trapper i got her. thanks. Giver Noely a raise.

On 12/5/21 I was on a mad hunt for black Doc Marten 1460 Pascal boots for my daughter's birthday present. Everywhere was sold out in her size. I called Journeys and was kindly assisted over the phone. I hurried over to the store and was immediately greeted by a really nice associate in a green sweater. (Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. If you remember us, my daughter was wearing a softball uniform!) She brought out the boots, unwrapped them, assisted my daughter with trying them on, suggested some socks, wrapped the boots back up, and handled the check out. Start to finish, less than 15 minutes. She was relatable, friendly, so willing to help SELL a pair of shoes. Even my teen daughter commented on what an easy process it was and what great customer service we received. Thank you!

Went school shopping for my child and there were 5 young people standing in the middle of 1 side of the store talking about what to eat for lunch. One young lady helped me out and then she got busy. So i went to there side of the store to continue looking. Neither of them moved over, neither of them asked if i needed help, they were giggling and talking about lunch still. Rude, just rude. Experience sucked, the un greeting was rude, the lack of asking if i needed help was rude along with them not bothering to move over so i can continue looking was even worse. Im sorry but i will no longer shop there.

Being at journey's was an journey for me lol because we were getting our kids shoes and this was already towards closing but the journey began when they didnt have my youngest size in any shoe that she pick,ultimately she had a minor melt down but the young gentleman was real patient he didn't rush us even though I'm sure he wanted to got home being that the mall closed already....but it was all good at the end....Great service
