Very sloppy service with 2 people who are so complacent and palsy walsy in treating their customers. Not professional at all! It's like they treated you as the one who needs to find out and plead for information as if you owe it them for using their business. Wonder why they are still there.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service at LBC, so I ended up using other cargo.From the moment I reached out for assistance, it felt like I was talking to a robot rather than a human being. The lady who answered my call seemed completely uninterested in helping me and lacked any semblance of kindness or genuine regard for my inquiry. It's frustrating when you're trying to get answers to your questions, but you're met with indifference and a lack of personal touch. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the company and its commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service in the future.

Customer since 2010, and they didnt fail me..always reliable and on time.. also has very friendly staff, anywhere in the world...good work!!!

My wife and I shipped five boxes to the Philippines from this store. The staff was super friendly, super helpful, so professional, and even helped us with directions in the local area to a nice place to eat. We came in one day to get boxes then returned two days later and they remember my wife and daughter and even helped us save some money with how we were shipping our boxes. Thank you! We would use them again.

If you have family members living in the Philippines then LBC Express is the way to go when sending packages to the Philippines with the lowest prices and fastest delivery time. Especially for Foreigners who have wives or children living in the Philippines that they must support.

Arrived at this location today, Sunday, 12:02 PM because their business hours on google said they were open on Sundays from 9am to 5pm. I did my due diligence by calling them three times yesterday, Saturday, when they said they were also open 9am to 5pm and, of course, no one answered the phone. Don’t bother leaving a message because their voicemail is always full. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and see this notice underneath their “old” business hours sign. Doesn’t say when it was made into effect so you’re just basically looking at two conflicting information and had to guess which one was correct (you’re probably more inclined to believe the “official” looking one). If you make an update, please at least remove the old info both in-store and online.

LBC West Covina, should correct their hours of operation!! The sign says open until 6pm, but it's not even 6 yet and the Lady said their closed already??? This is very frustrating, misleading customer who rushed to make it only to find out the listed hours is incorrect!

Rude, inconsiderate, worst customer service! Staff thinks highly of themselves. LBC West Covina staff are the worst Filipinos I've ever encountered in the US.Shout out to LBC! Wake up! Don't let this nasty people ruin your reputation.

I was helping my Dad ship a box to the Philippines, when an employee named John Lester, was trying to kick me out. He was mentioning how there were only 3 customers allowed inside, and when we counted there were indeed 3 customers. However, he was still insisting on kicking me out saying how it's comany policy and a rule for 1 customer per household. I checked outside, and there's no paper at all stating that there's 1 customer per household. He has zero respect, knowledge on customer service, and no professionalism at all. He's probably the main reason why majority of the reviews are appalling at this branch of LBC. His sheer rude attitude makes me not want to go to this location ever again. And I want to call to the H.R. of LBC, please re-train this guy, or better yet, get him out of your company. The way he represents your companies' "policy" and branch here at West Covina is utterly horrific. He also started an argument with my Dad for no reason, even when we were in the right of there clearly being 3 customers inside the building. To customers that will come here, be advised John Lester is unprofessional and does not have any empathy to customers, and has Zero customer care!

The employees at the LBC West Covina are extremely rude. I walked in their branch and I stood in line while they argue with a customer on the phone...ON SPEAKER. I listened to how they berate and blamed the elderly customer. When it was my turn, they almost threw the transaction form at me and asked why I didn't complete the form before I got there. They were very rude. Because of their attitudes, I left and took my business elsewhere. I went to Johnny Cargo next door. The Johnny Air employee was very nice and my package arrived within 5 days to its destination in Metro Manila. LBC, please train your employees better or you will continue to lose customers. This is America where customer service is of outmost importance. You do not even deserve 1 star. I do not recommend LBC at all.

Worst customer service experience. Calls go to voice mail saying mail box is full so you have to go at their branch to inquire. I was told by a lady on Tuesday that my doc was acceptable for delivery. When I came back Thursday there were no customers but was told that my doc was not acceptable. Wasted gas and time twice for nothing. Why can't they answer phone when most of the time there are no customers. Now I know why people are going to their competitors for shipping and money transfer.

The lady behind the courier side was so rude (July 12, 2022). She kept asking people to wear a mask in store while she had her mask on her chin the whole time she was assisting me. Not the most helpful as well. A little bit condescending at times. Wouldn’t recommend
