Very poor service no one picks up the phone to attend to customer needs. Bad customer service and the product is overpriced and low quality. I purchased an embroidered cap for my father's birthday,their machine wasn't working so they didn't provide me with a preview, they also did not advise me of their no return policy so I had it delivered to my hotel because I was flying out that day. When I saw it I realized they wrote the wrong name, two days later when I tried to go ask for a return or an exchange they said they don't do it. I emailed the corporate office and they won't accept my e mail or even reply. Do not buy from them they steal your money! I'm going to report them to the better business bureau for bad business practices.Do not waste your time and money with this company.

Showed up at 3:50 today and location was already closed. Some one wrote on a small piece of paper. Out for lunch will be back at 5pm. The problem is the mall closes at 5pm.

Always come to this place everytime I want to get a new cap. They have lots of varieties of cap brand, mostly New Era and 47 Brand, so it's a good place to get a cap from every MLB, NBA, NFL, etc teams, or you can even customize your own. Unfortunately, there are limited choices of cap compared to the other Lids store since it's always running out of some special items. Beside all, the staffs are friendly and even let you know about some advice from what you want to get.

Terrible customer service. Was just at the store with my parents trying to exchange a shirt for a smaller size and they handed the right size to my dad he tried it on and everything and at the end they're like we can't exchange it because the shirt smells like perfume and another girl said it smelled like armpits. My dad didn't even tried that shirt on he had tried another one on an L and since his was an XL he assured it wouldn't fit but they were saying it smelled. I smelled it myself and it had no smell at all. They kept smirking and laughing as If it was a joke. The manager Matia M called her other manager on the phone and said we could let out our frustration on customer service and there was nothing they could do. They kept saying they didn't want to take a loss but the shirt was already paid for we only wanted to exchange not return and it was one out of 4 shirts we had bought. We had been very good customers and had bought many lids and shirts before and I don't think we deserve to be treated with such disrespect. I would but a 0 star if I could.

Went in earlier today and had was helped by a young gentleman named Dominic. He was very well mannered and helped my son and I. Great with children and all the customers around us. I promised my son only one hat because his baseball team had just won their championships. Dominic really worked the hats on me and I ended up letting my son pick out 3 hats. Also one for myself. Customer service was 10/10. Definitely going back for all my hat needs. Make sure to find Dominic and he'll give you his expertise on hats. Thank you so much for making our day!

Bad Service here, the lady working there was just in the corner looking at customers. while asking her for a price on a hat she kept asking what hat what hat twice. after showing the style she still didn't acknowledge the question until i looked for the price, her service is horrible another encounter was a lady asking in spanish if she worked there she needed help, the lady working there just stays quite and just tells her i don't know what your saying? i helped the lady translate to the other girl and she just points to where the lady needed help didn't even attempt to see what else she needed. sadly i didn't get her name but her attitude is horrible!

stopped by here and found some white hats that i needed for work. The hats were really dirty because they were there for a while. Kyle was looking in the system to see if he could order me some new clean ones. after no avail, he gave me a discount. I showed him a picture of the embroidery i wanted and they came out perfect. However he did forget to put another hat that I purchase and since i was already on the freeway i was not able to go back and make it on time before closing. not a big deal since I have the receipt. I'm just happy that i was able to find the hats for hat i was so desperately looking for and the perfect embroidery that I needed.

Terrible customer service. Like bro no one asked you to work here. If you don't like your job just quit go find another job you hate. They falling asleep on the job. They don't wanna help out the customer at all. Like bro I'll climb up there and check the sizes of the hat. Pretty sure he had the size I wanted just told me no to be a dick don't think I didn't hear u tell him underneath your mask. Both those dudes in there have a bad customer service attitude. Like I said go find another place to work at bro. Customers can tell you don't give a s*** about your job and don't wanna be there.

Called to see if they had a specific hat and I had to call 4 times at 10 am before anyone picked up. Not only that but he answered the phone as if he were talking to a "homie". Im glad they didn't have the hat. They need to brush up on professionalism. If you want to talk like a hoodlum, go to the streets.
