I did not realize that Macy closes at 8pm. I walked in at 803pm and got checked out at 815pm. The lady was super nice and patient, and it was also very friendly. I am very thankful for Macy's that hired.

Went here a couple of weeks ago only to waste time trying to find something to wear for my sons graduation. I really don't mind the pricing, but the place is on neutral. Not one manager was available, I waited 30 minutes for this guy to come out of no where. The MENS dressing rooms had a bunch of women in there standing around waiting for their sons. There is an area outside that room for you to wait! I asked if it was ok to use the womens dressing rooms and they said no. I asked why can they be in the mens dressing room then? He said we aren't strict with the rule there. I mentioned to him that this was gender discrimination, he said, "I know" I'll be researching my rights MACYS - Every cashier lady I asked for help just pushed me to the next employee and so forth. One said, "I don't know, but I'm leaving to lunch now". ----- Macy's, what happen? This was a deal killer for me and I will never return there again.

I want to buy some cologne very disappointed with not having all the scent displays out so we can try them why do we have to ask each and every employee can I see this one can I smell this one very annoying going to the Montclair Macy's

Employee was very rude in the women's fitting area. my mother and I were sitting down waiting for a family member to finish trying clothes on and this employee with no name tag told her coworker to kick us out! Mind you there was no sign saying we cant sit here for a certain amount of time. Then the worker with no name tag told us we need to get out because we we're sitting too long.. She had this nasty tone and said many rude things to us in Spanish as if we don't speak Spanish. Manager ended up being called and he himself said where we were sitting was a resting place! Very rude and poor service. Especially in the women's department on a Saturday afternoon not having all the fitting rooms open. Threatening to close more if we didn't pick up after ourselves. Come on Macys!! Ridiculous

The clothes are very good, but the price is a bit high. If you have a Social Security number, you can get cheaper prices.
