This was my first time here and I found the Pharmacist to be very informative and proactive with his advice. Since I was the only customer in the store at that time, I took advantage of that moment I had with him and asked my questions he gladly answered and explained my options. I will say that even though his location is much further out than I prefer to drive, as my local CVS Pharmacy is about a mile away from my home, I drove 15 miles to this location. I guess since it's a once-a-month refill, I will be back again next month.

I'm not sure why this pharmacy has these reviews. Pharmacy staff is extremely helpful, their prices are the best in town, very knowledgeable and caring to my elderly family members. They try their best to get meds approved by communicating with the insurance company which many pharmacies do not spend the extra time to do. Other pharmacies and big chains do not care as much as they do. I'm very appreciative for their impeccable service.

Very rude man and especially the lady. I had just finished seeing a doctor in this building and figured I get my prescription filled here for convenience. But they were very rude and they literally told me they could not help me because my insurance card was "too old" and for me to go somewhere else. What does "too old" even mean when all my information is there and accurate. I had a terrible experience. Please don't bother with this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is conveniently located right off the Sunset Boulevard. The parking is easy and safe. Also, it is located on the 1st floor of a medical building, crossing street from many other doctor's office buildings and very close to the Queen of the Valley Hospital. Therefore, it is very convenient for patients who just finish the appointments with their doctors, then they can get their medications filled right away.

A patient left their bag of medications in the lobby, just outside of the pharmacy. When I asked if the pharmacist wanted the bag to keep it safe or look up the person, he said to leave them. Some medications are limited by insurances so leaving them out in the open instead of trying to return it to the patient seems extremely heartless.

Best Pharmacy around. Other comments here are not true. Business hours are posted. We love this pharmacy. Honest, Helpful and Caring. The wait is never long. The staff here is also very nice. We have had 3 generations of our family been coming here. Thanks Maxson!
