They do not answer phone calls what a poor location when you have all these people sitting around doing nothing and then they can not lift a finger to answer a phone call.thank God I will never have to return there

Tested positive for covid with home self test kit and needed help, regular doctor would only see me 7 days later via video call. Went to their own urgent care but was turned down for the positive test. Why make me loose time and precious energy.
