It was a pleasure working with John Gomez. He is a direct and honest salesman not like these other ones that just want to make that deal. I was a little skeptical at first but, after a while he made us feel comfortable . He takes his time and throughly explains the pros and cons. I was able to get into a car that I've wanted so much and it was all thanks to him . He made it happen. Hey John, can I borrow that magician hat ? Thank you again John and thank you Norms Reeves , you have a good man on your team.

No better than any other dealer I've dealt with over the many years and over a dozen vehicle purchases. I have purchased two cars at this location one for my daughter and more recently a 2022 CRV. The purchase was made during Covid with little selection and prices marked up about five thousand above sticker. Also no free maintenance for two years as they now offer. So my only negotiating ability was to add three free oil changes and tire rotations. My suggestion to anyone is to get the manager to write it on your contract legibly. As simple as that sounds they will do anything and everything to avoid giving it to you in writing including keeping you waiting there in the lobby for hours until you tell them to cancel the deal as your tired of waiting. Also don't expect any discounts in the parts department. I finally did get ten percent on touch up paint after telling me they don't usually give discount to customers no matter how many cars they buy.So needless to say I have not found a new car dealer that I would automatically return to. I still shop online using Costco or other membership services to get a price then see if that price can be beat.It is exhausting and time consuming.

2.5 starsFor the week of Nov 20th, I visited 6 dealerships in-person and contacted an additional 2 through emails/phone/text messages. I also checked websites for inventory and general "pricing." Before heading to any dealership, I always do my "homework" because it is not usually a fun experience. I had seen and heard about Norm Reeves, but had never visited until the Costco Auto program provided an authorization for the dealership. My parents and friends have owned Hondas throughout the years, but I had never driven one, let alone test drive one. Due to Black Friday and to ensure an authorized Costco salesperson would be available, I made an appointment for a date and time (days in advance), but even after an email confirmation from the dealership, the time was still incorrect when they contacted me the day of. Not off to a great start... This was the first dealership where none of the sales people offered even to open the door, even though there were many standing right outside. There were many customers, in the waiting/lounge area, there on Black Friday waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. There is also a coffee/latte machine straight ahead of the main doors. Norm Reeves has a big lot with a lot of inventory. I was only interested in 1 model, a Civic, but the salesperson walked me throughout the entire lot to show me different colors and trims they offered. Got my steps in that day! I was able to sit in and check out the interior of the vehicles, which was very helpful. After the test drive, we were down to talking Costco pricing and "general numbers." My (now former) Toyota was appraised and I was provided an initial price. Since I had 2 more in-person appointments in the following days, I wanted to test drive other makes and models before making a final decision, an informed decision, since I had most only owned Toyotas before and this is no small decision. Since price sheets cannot be kept by the potential customer, I had written down the price that was presented, on Black Friday. When I contacted the salesperson on Sunday, the price not only went up, there was now a down payment. The salesperson did not even remember what was discussed, and there was no follow-up. I guess Honda figures that people will come to them, than them needing to provide customer service. I was seriously considering the Civic for its price point but the lack of customer service and communication made me choose another make and model.One would think, that even with the Costco Auto auth, it would go smoother, but it did not.

We had a great car shopping experience! We worked with JASON FANG he was very helpful and made the experience smooth and easy. We used the Costco buying program and it was hassle free. We were in the market for a family vehicle and we found the mini van we loved. So far we would recommend this dealership.

I don’t know why this dealership has such great reviews. One of the worst dealerships we have ever encountered. First, I got in touch with a salesperson via text. All our communication was through text no phone call. I told him specifically what we were looking for. He had us come out twice to the dealership and made an appointment with him and he was never there! First time we got there no one was helpful until we spoke with a random car salesman and the car we wanted wasn’t even available. The second time when speaking with the original salesperson he said to come back it was available. Again he wasn’t there and his manager gave us a female salesperson who was clueless to the features of the car. She was literally on her cell phone the whole time we were with her. Again they didn’t have the car we were looking for because even though it was shipped to them it was damaged and they couldn’t let us see it. The salesperson still has the audacity to contact us several months later asking if we were still interested in purchasing that particular vehicle. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would.

Really amazing experience. I usually dread buying a new car with all the back and forth "Let me check with my manager" stuff. It was so much better at Norm Reeves West Covina. We agreed to a price before I came in and it was locked in, no issues and no problems. I enjoyed working with Sabrina, Randy and Jacob and highly recommend them.

Negative 10 stars. First oil change: After my oil change was done. It took someone 2 hours to tell me it was done long time ago. Gave them another chance because I needed a quick oil change before work.Second oil change. I was the first one here at 7am when they opened. My car hasn't moved for 2.5 hours. Once I complained that my car hasn't moved since I got here, they finally brought my car in.don't come to this place! Ever! Seriously! Manager kept giving me excuses even though I was the first one here.

Thank you to this Honda! Every person we spoke to was nice and helpful in many ways. Francisco was my sales agent and he was amazing. He answered all my questions, helped me choose the right car, and showed me all options. At the end, he did everything he could to get me the best deal on a rainy day Sunday and helped get me the car on the way out. Francisco and the manager Chris offered a few great perks, and the finance guys got everything in order so we can sign everything back to back and not have to wait for anything and got me out of there with my new Honda HR-V! Even the service team when I went to get my protection kit added on was quick and helpful and amazing! All across the board Honda has been great!!!

Worst experience in my car buying life. I have been at the dealership for over 4.5 hours. I am a cash buyer they denied me the opportunity to test drive the car, they didn’t want to honor one of our companies tax exempt status, and then when attempting to put the car into one of our businesses name they decided to tell me I could not. A finance manager told me my cash meant nothing and that I could leave. They also tried to force me to pay an optional $995 fee that I was told was optional DO NOT buy from from this dealership. Oh and I flew in from Sacramento to buy this car a total waste of money….

Jimmy treated me like a family member with respect and honesty. The price for the car was way better than other Dealers and I am super happy with my new car. All of the employees including the managers were very helpful and worked with me to purchase the car at a price that I could afford. The negotiation of the price of the car was painless since Jimmy is a straight shooter, right to the point and he didn’t waste my time. Thank you for the great service rendered. ArmidaG.

Went in to dealership to purchase car for daughter and had a great experience with salesperson Jimmy Tang. Made sure he explained all features of vehicle to daughter. Our experience with Jimmy was so great that we ended up buying another vehicle for ourselves. He made sure our we were happy from beginning to end. Great and knowledgeable salesperson. Went for a detailing appointment and they hardly did anything after 1 hour and a half of waiting. Not only that, but they left some residue on my rear window. This Honda Dealership has been unreliable so far coming from my experience. This is stress that no one needs to endure. The most I’ll do though is to just leave this review for awareness. Hopefully y’all will have a better experience than mine.

Steven Holguin was amazing! He made the exhausting experience of buying a new car so easy. I went to a few different dealerships after meeting him once and seeing the new CRV. I wasn’t set on what I wanted so I looked around at a few different cars. Had the worst experience at Lexus of Cerritos and Longo Toyota wasn’t much better. Saw an Acura RDX in Cerritos as well but the cars and the salesmen there, just didn’t fit the bill. We went back 2 weeks later to Steven and he got me the exact CRV I wanted with all the features I wanted and negotiated the price I wanted. He is not pushy at all, is fully invested in you getting what you want without being that creepy sales guy we all hate. If I asked something he didn’t know he never made it up or BS’d me, he was honest and would say he didn’t know and would then find me the correct answer. He also was super laid back on our test drive and made my family and I feel super comfortable, he even welcomed our baby Yorkie (who was in his backpack the whole time) on our test drive. Seeing my Family and our Dog riding in this car is what sold us, knowing we were making the right choice for our Family. I can’t say enough good things about Steven! If you’re in the market for a car, ask for Steven, you’ll see how good he is too.
