“I am so grateful to Glendora Gardens Nursery for their help with my Lippia groundcover project. They were professional throughout the entire process and made everything very easy.
I unfortunately lost my job right after committing to the project. I had already completed the demolition, and they had provided a very reasonable quote for the remaining work. Given the unexpected circumstances, I called Niko and explained my situation. He was incredibly sympathetic and offered to set me up with all the materials I needed, encouraging me to handle the installation myself.
This was my first time doing any kind of gardening, and I found it quite intimidating at first. It was definitely hard work, and I couldn't have done it without a few helping hands! I also want to thank the rest of the staff, including Jose, for being so patient and answering all my questions.
On a final note: a neighbor suggested I go elsewhere because they thought GGN was expensive. However, in my experience, the price and quality were excellent. Even if they are on the pricier side, their knowledge and sincerity are worth it. There were no 'salesman tactics' here, just honest business. I highly recommend them to both locals and non-locals. Now, I just have to wait for my plugs to grow into a lovely, drought-resistant groundcover. Thank you so much to the team at Glendora Gardens Nursery; I’ll definitely be back!”

“Found this place while visiting Monrovia in the SGV. It's a cozy sliver of space but this place is packed with plants! It's like walking in a dream. Towards the back of the nursery it turned into a mini labyrinth. All the plants look healthy and well taken care of. I absolutely loved all of the hanging baskets succulent combinations. “We've been to this nursery for 2 large purchases. One for a handful for privacy laurels and another for a massive haul of fruit trees.
All the staff are super friendly and helpful. They will drive you around and help load trees up if you need help. They even had guys help load 6 trees into our truck so they'd survive the trip.
If you wait for a seasonal sale you can get great deals from what I've seen. Like a 15g Babcock peach for $65 (I think). I've seen 5g sell at list price for 40-60 at other places.
24" box were more expensive to their 15g counterparts than I would've hoped ($125 list vs 400). But we're patient and decided to buy 3 15g instead of one 24".
My only complaint was the delivery price. While still cheaper than other nurseries, it was basically the cost of another tree.
Pro tip: if you dont have one, rent a uhaul pickup for the day (less than $50). Garden View employees saw us starting to load and came over and basically loaded everything up professionally (including securing w the ratchet straps we brought). All I had to do was unload at home.
For garden view: a free delivery for purchases over $800 or $1000 would be awesome and encourage customers to buy just a few more plants to get the free delivery”

“Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.
Javier checked it out and came out with a tool that fit perfectly and removed it within minutes. He did it all with a great attitude, and supreme customer service. Thank you Javier, thanks Home Depot for choosing such great employees!”
