The two girls working on April 29,2023 around 12pm were two of the most sweetest girls ever; they made the environment beyond welcoming. Great customer service! Very clean and organized store as well.

When I first started coming here to pick up my online orders the girls that worked then were super nice and helpful and I always got great customer service. But recently my experience with my last two orders have been a nightmare two weeks ago I went into the store to pick up 2 of my orders and they said that only one was there I had ask them twice to please check again and she did but with a attitude but she found it and then apologized which I accepted and all was great and this last trip to the store I went to pick up 4 items and again they only gave me two so this time I pulled out my phone and showered her the app with all my orders and I let her know that I also had emails say that all my items were ready for pick up and she assured my that those two items were the only ones there ? so again I asked her to please check again and when she did she found the rest of my items. This is so frustrating just the attitude and them making it seems like I just didn’t know what I was talking about and then telling me that my items were at another location and not there when my pick up emails where saying that they had be delivered there. I’m done with this store I have two girls that I am always buying them clothes here year round and also too it was more convenient for me to shop here but I’m going to shop somewhere else.

The store associates were very friendly and helpful. I normally do not shop in stores, but I had to return some shoes that I bought which were too small. Decided to come here during the busy hours, but I got my issue resolved. The store was also very organized, but they did run out of some sizes since they were also having a shoe sale that day.

First time going there it was fine the associate who helped me was kind. However her manager wasn't, long story short I paid with my card their reader froze and it stated the transaction was approved. The manager was asked to be there and she kept claiming the transaction is pending and would "fall off". I paid cash after. And well that was a lie. It went through successfully this morning. Had to call my bank and dispute. Buyers beware pay cash other wise you'll be paying twice.

I dropped by to look for gloves for my toddler, but they didn't have any. The selection is limited, since it's a small store. However, everything was very organized. There weren't any clothes misplaced, nor random clothes lying around. The girls working were friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering online to ship to store to be picked up, but I'm glad I didn't have to dig around to find out that they didn't have what I was looking for.

Love this store. Wait, I used to love this store. But, recently the selection of clothes has gone down. They used to have such great styles, class, and the most adorable stuff. Today, almost everything was so casual, simple, dull. Maybe it was my imagination. I spend approx $100, (most everything was on sale) and I got all simple outfits. BUT, the customer service was spectacular! I had one of the ladies ask if I need help, and of course I did. I was looking for a size 24 of the cutest jeans overall, and they were all out. She offered to order for me. Then she just kept going out of her way to help find what I wanted. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was sweet, helpful, and had a daughter. That's all I know. So, thank you for being super helpful. I really appreciate your help.

Totally 0 star for customer service at this location. Staffs are neither friendly nor helpful. Seriously!!! My abroad friend came visiting and she wanted to buy gifts for her friend's baby. She chose Carter's because of your brand qualities. She ordered online and the items were ready to pick up on thursday 10/10/19. I went to pick up the ordar yesterday ( friday 10/11/19) around 4.10pm. The store was not busy at all. I waited at the counter for a while. One of the staffs really did not care if there were any customers ready at the counter. She kept folding the clothes. Until the phone rang, one of them came to the counter to pick up the phone and asked me if anyone assist me, I said"NO" so, finally the white lady who felt not happy to work came see my order. She then handed the package to me without checking to make sure customer got the right item. We actually missed one of the package. We came back to the store today ( sat 10/12/19) around 1.40 pm. The chubby laday assisted us. We told her we missed one item. Instead of checking the email/item Thoroughly. She yelled at us say we had to call to check where the item were. ( on email, it said the item is ready to pick up) so, she went to the back and actually our order was sitting there!!! Nikki, you should train your employees.. 1. Do not yell at customers. 2. Make sure you have service mind 3. Before shift the blames to customers, make sure you check your work Thoroughly. We wont go back to your location anymore. You totally lose your customers!!!

Customer service is lacking at this location. I was hunting for two pairs of baby shoes for my twins and they did not have two pairs in the same size for every shoe they had.I politely asked the redhead employee if they had more sizes of baby shoes stocked in the back and she just shook her head without eye contact and walked away from me. Love going here for baby showers/1-3rd year old kids gifts. They are decently priced & a well made clothing line. Best part is everyone else shops at Target so you'll be sure to have a cute & less likely to be returned gift!! Staff is nice too

Carter's has the cutest clothes for the best prices! As a stay at home mommy with a baby, online shopping is easiest. (Sign up for the emails, there are some really great deals sometimes!) This was my first time having my order shipped to the store. I'm glad I did to. It was really nice to get out of the house & it was so convenient to open the package & measure the clothes on my little one. What was to big, I exchanged on the spot. The young lady helping us was great. She helped me find the right sizes and answered all our questions.

The workers at this location are usually friendly. I went in tonight though and it wasn't the usual. Found slippers for a boy and girl, same exact item just different color girl item was clearance and boy item wasn't. When I went up to pay I was being charged $3.59 for the girls and $12.00 for the boys so I asked Ms Monique why? Ms Monique didn't respond, Ms Amber behind her did, informing me that it was an exclusive item online and returned. Ughhh... okay but that wasn't my question. Ms Monique didn't say one word but her fingers were banging on the key board as she changed the price to reflect the same as the girl item. Okay thank you but you could of said something, that's something you usually do as a retail associate. After everything was paid for Ms Monique hands me the bag as I reply "Thank you!" Again nothing from her. I found that a little rude, usually in retail you thank the customer. I think that would of been a perfect time for Ms Amber to chime in. Come on ladies if you don't wanna work here find another job or don't work at all. Especially as supervisors your suppose to have customer service skills, not sure how they got their positions.
