I ordered a balloon set 2 weeks before I needed to pick them up. The cashier asked what time I wanted them. I told her 4PM. On the pickup day I came in at 4:15 and the balloons had not been inflated yet. The manager said that the receipt said 5PM. No”sorry” just I will fill them now. I brought them home and they were on the ground by 9AM the next morning. No quality control or concern at the West Covina store. Customer service is lacking. Guys… having balloons filled and ready on time is not rocket science.

Found everything I needed for my moms celebration of life event. Yes it's a sad event but that's not why we choose party city to get things done. West covina store at eastland, thumbs up to the sunday staff!!!

party city is a good poace to purchase things regarding holiday spirit and i know a lot of people who go here doe events such as halloween and christmas. they have many choices for decorations and things to put up during those times!

Absolutely awful. I called them beforehand to see if I could return something before making the trip down. They said yes, so I went to the store and then they refused to give me my money back. It seems the workers all have a different idea of what the policies are. They need to get it together and be on the same page. Never going back!

I recently had the main pipe at my home burst and was without water for two whole days. During this time my neighbor kindly offered her bathroom to use if anyone in my house needed to shower or use the restroom. After a plumber fixed the water issue at my house I wanted to surprise my neighbor with a treat to show my appreciation for her kind gesture. One of her favorite treats are the Snow Cones Mallow Cones. I searched on where to find them and I saw that they sell them at this Party City. The online site said there were 10 packs available at this location. The following is my experience at this store: I walked in with my mom and headed towards the candy aisle. I searched all the candy and couldn't find the Snow Cones. I approached one of the employees and asked her if she knew where I could find the cones. She pointed to the candy aisle. I thought she was going to help me locate them but she didn't. I stood in the aisle and nothing happened. I went to the front and saw she was at a register. So I decided to wait in line and ask her again when it was my turn. I walked up to her register when it was my turn and I showed her on my phone where it said they had 10. She showed one of the other employees that was there and he said that he would help me look for them when he was done helping his customer. Sure enough he walked with me to the candy aisle and helped me find them. They were stored behind a door up on the top shelf. I asked him what his name was and he said Gilbert. I told him I would give him a great review because of his excellent customer service. I told him what I had experienced with the other employee and he tried to kindly excuse her by saying she was "new". My point to all of this is that even if an employee is new, wouldn't the new employee go to another employee to ask for help for the customer that they cannot help? I don't understand the reason to not help the customer and then on top of that just ignore them and not get another employee to help. I acknowledge Gilbert for his excellent customer service and also great attitude when helping customers.

Employees are nice, but a lot of the party supplies seem overpriced. The dollar store has similar products, and I get that this isn't a dollar store but $10 for some swirly plastic that hangs from the ceiling when the dollar store has the same thing? I get it might be better quality, but I still think that's kind of a high price! Also, a lot of products are missing price tags, so I was just left to guess or constantly bug an employee for the price of items.

They have all kinds of beautiful balloons but when it comes to long lasting balloons they don't even last a day. You pay for helium to literally last one hour. The dollar store balloons last months. P.s they will ask if you want them to last 8 hours or 24. They only last one hour. Waste of money.
