Best Customer service I received in a dealership. The General Manger Mark was a pleasure to work with and a very friendly person. The transaction was very smooth from A to Z and im very happy with my new Q5.

Dangerous and unprofessional!!! Today I took in my Audi Q5 for maintenance. First of all, I live in Menifee which is 64 miles from the service center. After I picked up my vehicle I was driving back home till I noticed that the brakes were not working correctly. Long story short and multiple close calls I managed to make it to Temecula Audi. What makes me so angry is that West Covina Audi put my wife and two daughters in danger. This is completely unacceptable and I will hold them accountable for their reckless actions. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The salesperson Chuk Emmanuel was extremely professional and informative. He was not overly assertive and took my comments into consideration in terms of how well any particular Audi model would fit my needs. I did not end up buying, but if the opportunity arose where I would get an Audi, I would certainly go seek him.

We had a fabulous experience with the service department! It started with Kevin greeting us & escorting us to a wonderful waiting room. Then Chris helped us set up our vehicle for service. Kevin then drove us to ihop so we could grab breakfast..they gave us a 2 hour time frame to service our vehicle. They sent us a video of the technician checking our car! It was awesome. Not only was our car ready early..there were no hidden costs for our transaction!Kevin picked us back up & off we drove with a very clean, freshly washed car.Good job Audi West Covina!Thank you!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle at Audi West Covina. I drove all the way from LA to work with them. Both times I've purchased/leased the team has gone above and beyond with service to make the deal happen for me. I got the car I wanted and they worked with my price range. The whole team was great. Even when something came up that needed attention they were quick to find a solution to the problem. I worked with Danny, Krystal, and Ray. I have to give a special thanks to Danny who really cares, spends his time helping and setting everything up. He is truly a kind and genuine person. I would definitely reach out to him for help with your next car purchase if you're looking for a great person to work with. I appreciate each of them for what they brought to the table with their customer service. I will definitely be back to continue working with them when it's time for my next car.

I will explain my situation from this Dealership Audi West Covina i have the worse experience ever with Audi.In the past i have to many Audi cars but i never have problem with the dealerships.. on the beginning i will say just stay far away from this dealer (AUDI WEST COVINA). I bring the car to them for service inspection and they told me will charge me 149$ for the inspection and i agree and sign the paper. After couple days i went there with my friend both of us standing front of the service advisor and he just say we need more time to check the car and i say okay take your time he never say that will cost you more he didnt say any amount of money it will be extra charge! We left and next day they send us messages the car inspection is ready it will cost 10000 for one sensor to replace that out of mind for one sensor 10000$ i went there to pick up the car and i dont want to fix the car he went outside and come back and he say we will do it for 5000$ and i was thinking what this guys doing still the costumers money, i say no and he give me 1100$ bill for inspection but he never say that will be cost you that much and i never sign any documents on that price! Now he say the he told me but we was there with my friend both of us we never hear any amount of money and we didnt sign nothing anything ! I never have that bad experience before, this is the worst dealer ever pls stay AWAYYY from this dealer!!! My car is 2017 AUDI A3 E-TRON. Don't trust them and be careful!

The dealership was decent to deal with, and I very much appreciated our salesman Danny. However, due to a quirk in our address/zip code, their system charged the wrong (higher) Sales Tax rate for Santa Monica rather than the correct City of LA - which means I was overcharged a few hundred $$. This has happened before at a Lexus Dealer who simply cut me a check the very same day after an e-mail to confirm with the State Sales Tax authorities. With Audi West Covina, I've sent e-mails, numerous phone calls, assurances from everybody that someone would get back to me, and that anybody cared, but have never, ever, had any of my calls or e-mails returned. It's just a few hundred dollars, but it doesn't belong to them or the (wrong) city, so on principle they should do business both more accurately and more ethically.It's really pretty pathetic customer service. I'd hate to know how they'd treat someone who had a real serious problem.

I had to bring in my 2019 A6 for a warranty issue. Michael was my service technician who helped me. He was professional and understood my concerns and needs. He took care of my problems in a very timely manner. He made sure the loaner was big enough for me as I’m a bigger guy and need space. They are very professional at Audi West Covina and glad they are in my neighborhood.

I bought a 2014 Cadillac ELR advertised as everything working. Delivered with drivers seat stuck in 1 position, drivers seat sensors for rear parking not working, lumbar seat support not working, CUE system totally dead. Black oil, filters clogged. Took 3 months at GM dealer to go through car and fix all the problems. Warranty only covered small amount. Asked for $3000 to compensate me for my rental that was 2 months after warranty. Still had to pay $1500 copay..Manager told me to f×@k off when asked. If you buy a Carr here you might as well buy a Tesla since they won't help you. BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE.

I’ve been here at Audi of West Covina three times for different types of services and I would like to recognize Michael Yeh for his excellent customer service. He is on a professional level and always quick to get me in a loaner upon my arrival if car is staying over. The experience there has been great and always satisfying.It’s the people like Advisor- Michael Yeh that make you comfortable being an Audi owner.

DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.6 months after a lease trade in, they haven't sent the check or even grounded my car. I've been sent to collections over no one in the dealership being competent enough to do their job.They're shady and slimy to say the least.I've filed a complaint with the BBB and Audi corporate. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business here!No one cares about you after the sale. No one is willing to help. Ive had Audis for over 15 years and this will be the LAST.
