Hello there,I am so disappointed with the service department and maybe this dealer in general.Reason I am writing this review is to state the ridiculous price I was about to be charge today for a simple fix.I had simple issue that needed to be addressed. Toyota wanted to charge me 555.00 for diagnostics plus what it took to repair the issue.I was able to fix the issue with 30 dollars and some mechanically incline skills I learned, and the issue was fixed.I cannot believe they were trying to charge me this insane amount. Service department didn’t even care to let me know why so much, and if there was anything else they can help with or even bothered speaking with me when picking up my SUV. I was so disappointed that even my wife was disgusted with the outcome.Would I recommended my family and friends here, HELL NO. I am still waiting on my fob key I got promised when I purchased my SUV last year, since it only came with one. I even paid the insurance for the FOB keys if you loose them or need to be replaced. Do yourselves a favor and look else where when purchasing or taking your car here for service. Maybe it was me today that I got the worst luck, but hopefully this sort of thing doesn’t happen to anyone.I’ll be posting the issue that I was able to fix.

I love my new 2024 Camry se, super reliable and gives off a very luxurious feel in the interior. It’s also really good on gas. I’m obsessed and in love with my car and all thanks to Kevin who helped me at the West Covina Toyota dealership!!!

I set up an appointment with Frank Yu to get a vehicle i explained that i was 3 hours away from this dealer. Early morning next day i arrive to the dealer and was told that the vehicle Frank was going to show me had been sold. I got no call no text no email to warn me. Very upsetting. He didn’t confront me himself, had to send a coworker to tell me it had been sold. Terrible experience. ?

Dealership is very old looking. It could use a refresh. It's not as clean or nice as the Pasadena location. Staff are ave in customer service. The waiting area could use some cleaning. They offer free water and popcorn and coffee. I only come here for the convenience, but I prefer Pasadena Toyota better.

I like this place! Everyone seems to have good relationship with each other~we were gonna get a used car here but there was an unresolved issue with the car so it’s no longer for sale…however during this whole process negotiating and trying to fix the car and they even try to help us finding another similar models…we can really sense that they value customers and really care about us! So would recommend this dealership! And definitely look for salesman Jesus, he’s great!!!

*** Never, ever , never and never Go to this dealer ***I really had a bitter and frustrated experience from this guys.Bought a new RAV 4 in the year 2022.While parking the car inside my garage, the passenger mirror was hanging. I tried to put back, it fixed somewhat, not fully.I took to this dealer and they told me that it will cost 460 to place a new once. I did not claim the insurance since there is 500 deductible. So I decided to pay from my pocket.After a day I went to get my car and after looking at the mirror, it still had the scratches. So I asked the customer service, if the mirror is replaced then how come it has the same old cover. Now he came with the story that he changed the inside components. But the mirror was working before. Blind spot was working and I could adjust the mirror position electronically.After long heated discussion, the customer service promised to give a gas of tank for their mistake. But I told him that if you did not change the mirror, then he was charging for the new mirror.It was a long fight and arguments. I already spent more than one hour and it did look like that I will win the case with them. But somehow I wanted to teach these crooks a lesson not to steal !!So called Toyota customer supported and reported the case. I had to submit documents for evidence. Lucky I had all the photos taken for the insurance purpose.After a fight of 10 days, Toyota had agreed to return the full money that they stole from me.Advice: Never go to this dealer.Day time robbery !!

Do not go to this West Covina Toyota dealership!! The sales manager is very unprofessional and I don't trust him!! I came here to check out a used car and I almost bought it. The salesman (John) came to me with the paperwork for the final price breakdown and this is when I found out that there was a $1500+ for the “3 year Zurich protection plan” which I kindly declined, but was insisted on getting even though the car was used. After going back and forth we finally agreed on a price that I was willing to pay to include $500 towards that Zurich plan that I would not use anyways. When they found out that I was not financing through them and I gave John my Bank check, all of a sudden the price goes back up after recalculating the sales tax. I declined the price and the salesman sends me over to the sales manager (I didn’t catch his name, but he was a bald head male) to renegotiate once more. After agreeing again to the renegotiated price, they told me to fill out a credit application which I also declined. Why would I need to have them check my credit if I just gave them a bank check? The sales manager said that he didn’t trust my bank check and it could be a fake or that I could put a stop payment on it. I explained to him that there is a phone number to the bank on the front of the check that they needed to call to get authorization for funding. My bank check covered 94% of the cost for the car and I would pay the remaining 6% on my debit card once the bank funding was completed. When the sales manager found out that I was waiting for the bank funds to clear before paying the balance, he started cussing and dropping F-bombs to John about the situation. I was sitting not even 20 feet away from them when I heard them cussing back and forth. John came back to me with my bank check and I asked him why his sales manager was dropping F-bombs about me, he told me that was a discussion between them and not me. I felt disrespected by the sales manager!!!!! I grabbed my check from John and thanked him for his time and walked right out the door. I will never do business with an unprofessional sales manager or anyone for that matter!

We had an AMAZING experience here!! It was my brother's first time buying a car, so we were expecting a lot of stress. We were immediately teamed up with CJ who made the entire experience PAIN FREE!! He was friendly and patient with us, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel that we were not a priority. We got the VIP treatment from start to finish. I would definitely buy another car from him!

Realized I was literally scammed by service team (Matthew) once I received my bill. Be sure to always review your bill!! There was a $120 charge that they (the team/manager) couldn’t explain to me where it came from. Definitely a lesson learned. Also, they will make up services that you will most likely not need.
