I was calling to see if there was hamsters in the store at the moment and i was going to ask for the price ranges, but then the lady on the phone hung up on me and the first thing she said was west covina? Is that something they say as a hello or i dont know but i called again and another person picked up, very helpful. Except for the other person. I was waiting 2 minutes to get answered. ?

One of the nurses there was Soo rude and condescending...
I wouldn't come here anymore..I felt Soo discriminated. they offered plans I couldn't afford so they shrugged me off poor customer service!!!

Went to this location last week on May 10 and WAS DIFFINITELY NOT HAPPY with the service I was given...We came in on a New Puppy wellness apt which I had a coupon for A free exam...We checked in and the gal asked us a few questions regarding services and if we would like to purchase a Puppy package, we declined due to Rescuing the Puppy and was not sure if we were adopting the Puppy But we did want to get a complete check up and asked foe the Puppy to be fecal Tested and Dewormed. Than a few minutes later the tech came out and spoke to my son and I stated that the doctor was recommending vaccines the Parvo and Dapp Vaccine that the other 2 we initially asked for wasn't necessary at the time not like The vaccines. So we changed our mind upon their request so we left and my son got a call 10 minutes later from the tech again stating that the Doctor noticed Complications with the Puppy and it looked like she had Parvo and she was very Lethargic and severely Dehydrated and that they were stopping all vaccines and doing a parvo test and Fecal cause she might have parasites... my son was so scared wasn't sure what to do ..he was aaked if the dog was aick throwing up, diarrhea, loose stool, Lethargic, my son said No shes been eating normal , playful and active .I was not called and was told to come back at 4:45
180.00 dollars after which they went ahead and Proceeded with the test which I was VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS!!!! WHEN I COMFRONTED THE TECHS AND ASKED FOR THE DOCTOR THEY SAID AHE LEFT ALREADY FOR THE DAY!!! WHO DOES THAT, WHAT KINDA DOCTOR LEAVES WITHOUT SPEAKING TO THE PATIENTS OWNER...MY PUPPY CAME IN ACTIVE , HAPPY AND EXCITED TO SEE OTHER DOGS. EATING NORMAL GOING TO THE RESTROOM NORMAL AND ACTIVE...THIS ISNT PARVO..
They need use better judgement and go based off what pet parents say...Not take things into their own hands and do things anyways and charge us Customers for expensive services we don't agree on!!!! SHAME ON BANFIELD AND VERY DISAPPOINTED....Use to Love this place BUT IM NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN TO BRING ANY OF MY PETS!!!!
FINAL RESULT- NEGATIVE TO PARVO!!!! NO PARVO Common sense if I had a sick dog I would've CHECKED HER IN AS AN ILL PET!!! BUT THEY NEVER LISTENED TO US. THEY JUST SAW DOLLAR SIGNS .

I have been a customer at the grooming salon for many years all because of one pet groomer who is very professional and really cares for my pets. A shout out to Audrey for giving the best service ever! Had a very bad experience today. I called to schedule a grooming appointment when the staff asked about my pets being up to date with their rabies shots. I said they are and I was told to bring proof on appointment day. I asked if this is a new policy when in my experience being a customer for many years the salon would normally call the vet to clarify. The staff was being rude, she did not let me finish my sentence and just forwarded my call to the salon manager who was also in turn not understanding of my concern, not letting me finish my sentence and talks over me. I asked to get the name of the rude staff who I first spoke to and the manager refused to give the name for protection purposes. I personally felt ganged up on and find this very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a higher position and was forwarded to the store manager who was polite and tried to hear me out, promised to call me back in an hour which she did. Unfortunately, the store manager ended up siding with the salon manager and claims it is their company policy not to disclose the name of the rude staff who first assisted me. My only point of asking for the name of the rude staff is to know who to avoid the next time I call about my future appointments. Now I feel uncomfortable even calling to verify if the appointment I made is confirmed or not only for the reason of being bullied by the salon manager and the rude staff. I was promised by the store manager that someone else will be reaching out to me within the day. If it really weren't for my pets' groomer, I wouldn't be coming back to this particular store. I am not one to leave negative reviews but based on other customers' same experience of rude staff at the grooming salon, I feel it is but just to also leave my thoughts on here to help out the community, so they avoid sharing the same fate as I did as a customer.

The staff was very helpful when I had questions they were super informative and friendly. I was reaching high up on a shelf and the associate came over right away with his tall stature and grabbed the item with ease. So happy with my visit.

Always do a pick up order here for my cat's renal food. Order it here because I dont have to buy a whole case of one same flavor, they sell them individually. I'm sure the renal food is less palatable, so having choices help. Always quick pick up time and I never wait more than 5 minutes before my order is run out.
