I worked with Jerry to get a loaned bmw x5. Although there were some issues like 4 months waiting time because of the dealership’s lack of allocation and higher than excepted car delivery cost due to the unstable market, still it was a good deal as they provided a good price on a customized build x5. I’d like to specifically mentioned that through the process was not 100% smooth, Jerry was very helpful and supportive during the whole process and tried to help me address all the issues. I’d highly recommend Jerry if anyone else would like to work with Prince!
I haven’t got my car yet, and hopefully the car delivery and registration will be smooth :)

I initially had a good experience leasing my BMW i4 M50 from Prince Auto in August 2024. Jerry and Terry were professional, communicative, and made the process smooth at that time. Based on that experience, I left a five-star review.
However, after seeing a new ad for the 2025 i4 M50 with a significantly lower monthly payment, I reached out to ask about the pricing difference. The response I received was not as helpful as I expected, and the explanation was rather dismissive—simply stating that prices change over time and that the new deal has stricter conditions. While I understand market fluctuations, I would have appreciated a more transparent and customer-focused approach.
Overall, my leasing process itself was smooth, but my trust in their pricing recommendations has diminished. I would advise future customers to do their own research and compare deals before committing.
