Frank, Connie and their staff are the best at what they do.I have close friends that get upset because they have been roasted by other tax services. When I tell them to go to Pro Tax Frank and Connie they realize the service they have been receiving in the past just don't measure up. Even my parents made the switch over to Pro Tax 10 years ago from their same guy they had for 30 years prior. No looking back, make the switch. You will be surprised at their quality service they provide.Pro Tax Frank and Connie truly great people that care.

Hey Yelpers! So my bud told me about his Tax place a few years back and I was interested but not ready to leave my tax preparer till TACO TUESDAY last night that I had a horror of a time trying to get an appointment at my tax place that I've been going for a very long time and I mean long, but it was a total fail getting someone to talk to me and not yell at me, so I hit up my bud and quickly he said call them and ask for Connie. He had nothing but great things to say about her, so I called and quickly made an appointment for the next day with no issue. I was a bit nervous and excited to go to someone new..... boy oh boy was it the best choice I made and thankful to my bud. PROTAX Cute office decor and building hidden in West Covina, and which was easy to find nearby the WESTCO mall. Connie was friendly kind and patient with me explaining her process along having some fun convo with me. She made me feel special and happy to help me. CONNIE is awesome and I am blessed to have her in my corner to rely on for tax or maybe even financial needs may come up. Ask for Connie you will be inpressed. KEEP IT UP TEAM PROTAX and CONNIE!

Always a pleasure doing business!! I met my gf 15 years ago and we both have been visiting Connie and her husband ever since! They are such great people!! And super helpful !!
