I been here for 4 hours they have called about 10 names of people that left it’s 5 people left in here they so busy in the back talking about they’re kids they not paying attention to the 5 people waiting this poor excuse for a service shouldn’t any one be waiting this long

Walk in with no appointment. They said 30-60 mins wait. Now 1hr30 wait and still waiting.

Normally Quest is great. I am temporarily on vacation here in S. California and need to use the Sunset Location. My doctor faxed papers to Quest and asked for me to check to be sure it was received. It is impossible to speak to a real person. So at this point I just hope it was received so I don’t waste my time. Their automatic system should add the option to speak to someone! I tried all options and cannot get thru to anyone. ?

The person who attended us was unfriendly. It seemed like he was bothered by being there serving... he would draw blood from my 2-year-old daughter and make expressions of annoyance.

After I checked in, I went to find a restroom as there was nobody at the front desk. While I was away, they apparently called my name. When I returned, my name was taken off the list. I was told to sign up all over again on the standby list and ended up waiting almost an hour. This is unacceptable! Once they finally called me, the phlebotomist was kind and helpful.

Easy to check in, very clean and perfect location. Since I had made an appointment, I was seen within 2 minutes of appointment time. Beatriz was very professional.

Being called in 10 minutes after appointment time was a plus. The Phlebotomist was friendly, reassuring and efficient.
The scheduling process and reminders when to start fasting are time saving!

Upon coming in to get blood work done, I had read the reviews on Quest for the West Covina location and other locations. Almost every comment was regarding the wait time which really worried me about coming here, but I had to get the blood work done asap. I was ready to wait 3+ hours and receive poor customer service, as I had read from previous reviews. To my surprise, everyone was getting called in quick. People were coming in and out and I was actually seen on time. I made an appointment at 8:30am online and was called in at 8:20am. I got the blood work done in about 10 minutes.My suggestion is, make an appointment online or call quest to make an appointment. Also, arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you don’t miss it and have to be taken in as a walk in. Otherwise, you can make an appointment at the self check station, which is at the front desk!

This place is horrible. Waste of time.
