I had never had a bad experience at a Ross until today. We had a rude employee denying our exchange because it was from a different city. She was going back and forth arguing with my parents and I and refused to call her manager. I forgot to get her name but her Associate number is: 2435042. Very disappointing that they hire people with a rude attitude and not helpful.

Well actually I went in to get on some clothes and I was approached rudely by Wanda in fitting rooms.Instead of feeling welcome.She used derogatory names and gave me dirty looks.She also said she didn't like Mexicans and she mentioned she was from the Kansas.It makes you wonder if they have any Ross stores out there
Her attitude would win her a promotion.

I went to the store, it was 10.32pm and the tells me that they close in 10 minutes, and the store closes at 11.pm. And the service very rude, not welcoming or bye.

Horrible customer service! Steph, if you don't like working with customers then maybe retail isn't for you. This cashier was so RUDE to a lady coming in to do a return. NO LINE, NOT BUSY has the nerve to tell her " well you can come in if YOU HURRY UP AND GET IN LINE" Luckily their wasn't a line. Anyway, you shouldn't be talking to customers like that " STEPH ".
