Beware of opening up an account at this branch because of their poor customer service. Wanting to become a new member and hearing great reviews from my sister (who is a member of this branch) it was so disappointing how we were both treated by this manager. I didn't appreciate his tone towards me and disrespect. This bank advertises to bring a family member and open an account but what they fail to advertise that you must show proof of relationship! Seriously? It's business being brought into you r corporation. This manager was not helpful and honesty he would did not bend on my sister and I telling him the truth. So horrible!So I was accepted with not issues at First City credit union. So kind and pleasant customer service.

The worst bank experience at the branch ever! The manager at this branch has no customer etiquette. His name is Carlos. He totally misrepresented your company rules. He was rude and offensive. Their advertising for bringing a family member is misleading. When you hear... bring in a family member to open an account it does not mention to bringing in proof. I guess they don't believe the customer when they share they are your family. Horrible! Shame on you Schools first. You have lost my trust and respect because of your manger at this branch. And your discriminatory to not believe.. again the customer.So to end in a great note we left the branch and I took my sister to First city credit union and they accepted her with open arms...as a bank should. So if you want to be treated with respect and kindness take your business to this bank.

NORMA goes above and beyondShe gives great customer service.I think she would be great in management.I feel lucky to get NORMA for all the banking services.SchoolsFirst should be lucky to have NORMA as an employee.NORMA made my day to understand everything as 1-2-3.Thank You.

This branch always helps me out. Although the women that sit behind the front desk don’t typically greet me. The wonderful people behind the glass , the bank tellers are so kind it kinda makes up for it. I wish I could name them but that’s a bit tacky to me. Blessings to them tellers ??

We just bought a car with the SchoolsFirst FCU car buying service and my husband and I just wanted to say: BILL HARRIS YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!! We are so happy with how smooth this transaction went and thanks to you we never have to go to a shady car dealer ever again! THANK YOU!!!!!

I recently went in to take care of some stuff. I was assisted by Luz and left unhappy with the service that she provided. I had to go back the following weekend to finish what I had initially gone in for but I requested for someone else to assist me . I let someone at the front desk know about my unpleasant experience and she was quick to pass on the message to the supervisor (daisy) . Daisy went over to introduce herself and she and Norma took care of what I needed to get done. (Totally different experience then with Luz. Night and day. Literally) They were both very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I shared with Daisy that I've been a member for years and my whole family banks with them and we had never had an unpleasant experience and I was surprised I had my first bad encounter a few weekends ago. I explained the situation and she listened to my concerns. I am glad I spoke up because I felt my voice was heard and we had a professional conversation about it. Daisy was such a joy to work with. Awesome manager and excellent customer service skills. She made it right and I'm happy to continue being a member with them.

Even thought Council Thuy Dan T. took my "elite title " which I have a feeling for being very honest.... It is not going to stop me from being honest consumer. I wish the personal was very specific as to what we needed to bring when opening account/debit card for my kids. We brought what they asked, however there was still missing information. I felt like we needed a blood test/dna test for us to open our kids debit cards under our accounts. It was a long process and frustrating so disappointed. The entire process took over an hour. They did offer what can they do at that time to make our experience better.... Should I have said maybe free money. I don't understand what kind of question was that. We brought and showed as many documents as possible, what this branch could have done is open our account right away with what we had. Especially since we have been great customers for over 20 years. I'm just glad our two home loans aren't from there bank. This experience was so frustrating
