Went in looking for a Men's facial scrubber. Sadly, I was advised by a very nice store employee that the only men's products sold at this store were men's colognes. No problem, I thought to myself and approached the men's cologne section located to the rear of the store. There were fifteen to twenty different men's cologne's on display, all of which had a unique and very nice scents.Pricing was a tad high but you get what you paid for with most items regardless of the price. That goes for ANY product from ANY store Overall, this store was very well organized, fully stocked and employees here make you feel welcome.

My sister and I went in to redeem my birthday gift. The sales associate gave me a gift that he chose and said it was the only one they had. I showed my sister what I got and expected her to have the same one, but she was able to get a gift of her choice. So, a terrible experience overall.

Nataly, the sales associate, exhibited unprofessional and discourteous behavior. My inquiries about the fragrance area were met with passive-aggressive comments, creating an atmosphere as if she was inconvenienced by my interest in purchasing perfume. If working in retail during the holidays is a source of dissatisfaction for her, I would recommend considering alternative employment options.

The Lancome aisle has not been cleaned in a long time. And there was black and grey lint stuff on 3 of the lipstick samplers.

I decided to stop by this location. I was greeted when first walking in. I did ask for some help on pricing and help locating a certain item. The associate was doing her best to be friendly but seemed to be bothered due to me asking for help on several items. The line was a bit long, but we are in the "holiday season" so the store is a bit busy as expected. The cashier was friendly and helpful. As far as the store is concerned it seemed to be well stocked all around. Lots of goodies for stocking stuffers among other eye-catching deals.

We went to this Sephora and it was not the best. The rare beauty section was a mess the foundation and concealers were all messy it was so dirty and the whole store smelled like some kind of perfume. The service was okay. The line was a little too long but went by a little fast.

The girl at the register has an attitude when she speaks to customers AND coworkers over the walkie. I didn’t get her name but her attitude makes her more unattractive than what she already is and it almost ruined my shopping experience.

Went here to pick up something’s for my daughter. I had no idea what to get, where to find it, etc. showed them a list and they helped me find everything, even checking the overflow for something that was out on the shelf.

SOPHIE 5 STARS FOR HER This review is for SOPHIE the Beauty Consultant. 5 Stars for her because she's upbeat, cool, super helpful and fun natural vibe to her. The store is small compared to other Sephora branches so they didn't carry the product that I wanted but I'm still so impressed with my interaction with Sophie she's a sweet heart.

Trying to utilize a promotional credit card special they advertise. Which seems to bait you in with a 25% discount on your first order. Remember it's a first order & one time discount. The store was out of stock on 2 items. So they suggested going home and ordering online. Placing an order online did not work. Because they wanted another payment method. I just received their card. Indicating you can use it on your 1st purchase. Call customer service the next day. The online representative instructed me to go to the store and make the purchase. Which did not make sense because the store said to go home and do it. After going back and forth,. A supervisor was able to place half of my order. Then stated wait 10 days before you can purchase the remaining items from your order. What a bogus mess. The reason you go to a retailer is to purchase your items and leave with them. Not to be bounced around, then come back over a week later to see about obtaining them. POORLY MANAGED ..... Update: had to go back to the store. As you would expect, nothing worked. The manager came, called sephora office. After waiting additional 20 minutes we finally git our order. WHAT A MESS.

My daughters and I shopped at the WC store earlier today. The person at the counter was extremely rude and sent us to the front of the store to purchase a giftcard to then purchase our product when we were paying cash. She was not wearing her name tag but I was told her name is Mo. Another sales associate named Roxy helped us when she realized we were not being treated fairly and was able to help us at the register next to the one Mo was using. There was no need to purchase a GC to then purchase our product. I'm thankful Roxy stepped up and made our experience better. I understand the store is busy but customer service is key.

The store has most things in stock, but the service, however is HORRIBLE! I filed a complaint, and hopefully they get some training on their customer service skills.
