STAY AWAY from at all cost. I came here today after my surgery and was vomiting all day morning and afternoon. It was closest to my house so I went in. The First Lady was very nice she told me it would be a 45-1 hour wait. So I filled out the document and gave it to another front receptionist (her name is Taylor, an African American lady around her mid 20-30s) she didn’t acknowledge me and all after she says I need your ID & I replied “I already gave it to you.” She snapped at me and said “I’m not talking to YOU, I’m talking to Maria.” First of all as being a sick patient you don’t have to rudely speak to me.After waiting around 45 mins, since I was feeling and a bit wanting to vomit. I go to the front desk and told Taylor, I’m going to wait outside since I need some air. How many people are ahead of me? So I know when to come back in. She says 2.Which is totally fine. So I come back in after sometime and I go up and say i was just wondering, how many people are ahead of me now?I was outside waiting and just came back in. She starts yelling at me “MADAM, EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT” “THERE ARE PLENTLY OF PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU” that’s when she pushed my button. I said to her “ALL, IM ASKING HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE AHEAD OF ME SO I KNOW I DIDNT LOSE MY SPOT.” “ITS A SIMPLE QUESTION” “YOU DONT HAVE TO TALK TO ME LIKE THAT, I WAITED A HOUR ALREADY AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE AHEAD OF ME” then she goes ballistic. SUPER rude! I TOLD HER “DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT, I’M A PATIENT.” She then goes “YOU DONT TALK TO ME LIKE THAT, IM AN EMPLOYEE.”Absolutely APPALLING!!! We come here obviously we need urgent care and are undergoing health issues. I literally just got out of surgery and been vomiting 7/8 times yesterday. Yet you talk to me like that?!The environment you work is undergoing pain and requires hospitality. If you are not patient, empathic, or well mannered find another a job. It’s obviously you are NOT the right FIT for this job.Her attitude, behavior, was incredibly rude.Disgusting. You don’t OWN the property and we are not be disrespected by you.Taylor, learn your manners before you start working in an environment where consists a lot of social interactions, kindness, and caring.No customer service whatsoever and constantly just talks back. She talks to as if you’re inhumane.Shame on you.I’ll be reporting to your manager. Absurd.After doing surgery, vomiting constantly and I had to deal with her disgusting attitude.Get out the kitchen, if you can’t take the heat.A sick patient is NOT FOR YOU TO BE YELLED AT.however, the physician was very nice & caring. Kudos to her! Absolutely 180.Please rehire new front desk receptionist and nurse, “Sam” look miserable and don’t want to be there.It’s like they’re being forced to work. I don’t need you talk to me, all I was concerned about what number am I in line.I NEVER said I wasn’t going to wait. I’ve been so patient, I waited a hour.Check your CCTV cameras and see how rudely and loud she yells at a sick patient.Nasty.

Very disorganized facility, front desk staff is very rude, angree and lack of professionalism. To be seen for 5 minutes, waited 3 hours. Does not triage patients to patients' acuity. A very simple visit should not take that long. This facility is not staffed with doctors appropriately for the volume of patients. Only one doctor ....... its a joke.....There are no considerations to patients at all.

Smart clinic has been my go to for years. Their service is the best of all the urgent cares I've ever visited. They offer televisits which I used today for my visit. Staff is always helpful. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had a telemedicine visit. It was a great experience. The staff and doctor were very kind and were able to help me with my health concerns. It was very easy and loved that I can get medical attention from the comfort of my own home. My wife has been in person on several different occasions with our kids and she has always had a great experience.

This SmartClinic location and billing team needs significant improvement and please be mindful as you may need to do extra work to prove you’ve already paid for their service.In June during an urgent care visit, It took an hour to get a room, another hour to get my vitals taken, and even more to waiting time to get a mere 5 minutes with the provider.The kicker is this: I paid the bill via my insurance and its payment provider in July, ONLY 1 month later. Apparently, SmartClinic was not able to find the payment somehow, and they sent the “balance” to collections 3 months later. However, I was fully under the impression I was paid in full since July. My payment was not located until today, December 20. It took 6 months to figure this out and SmartClinic never called me about finding the payment along the process. I am extremely disappointed regarding the billing process by SmartClinic and how seemingly little effort was put forth by their team to verify the payment that has been in their bank account for 5 months.

I have come here plenty of times, if not for me, with other family members. Everyone is super kind, friendly and helpful. I’m so happy that it’s so close to my home. PA Kiley is incredibly sweet and understanding. She made me comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.

My to go urgent care although is a bit far from home. No long wait times from the times I’ve needed to go or take a family member. They also have access to X-rays if needed. Their waiting lobby is very small but we can wait in the car and they will call you once they are ready.

I do not recommend this Clinic, STAY AWAY. Anyone that gives this place more than 2 stars is Family or a Friend. They probably have no wait time and get to see one of the doctors quickly. The waiting room is very small and no one is required to wear a mask. Front desk staff will greet you with a prepared speech and an outrageous wait time. The staff that took the vitals and the doctors are very polite and friendly. The visit with the PA was very quick but after 6 hours my 81 year old Father received the prescription he needed to fight Covid 19. I thought going to Urgent Care would be better, next time (Hopefully there will not be a next time) we are going to an Emergency Room.

Very bad skills. One nurse tried to do blood test for me, but left the poked spot open and walked away without putting a bandage on caused bruises. In addition, she put a hot pad on me without wrapping a towel or paper, although the hot pad package clearly stated you need to put a wrap over the pad before putting it on patient - very under trained nurses caused further damage to my health

Everybody treated me with respect and they were fast. I was in and out in less than an hour. The doctor answered all my questions and was very informative. Recommend this Urgent Care facility

I was there today for a doctor visit. The receptionist was very nice and sweet all the young ladies there were very nice and helpful and my doctor was fabulous. Her name was Victoria shook she took her time, explaining everything in detail what was wrong and made me feel very comfortable. I totally recommend coming back here again.

They are listed on my insurance as the only urgent care I can go to, yet they said they don’t take my insurance even though I was seen here two weeks ago and have the same insurance. Lady at the front desk did not know what she was doing. I’ve been here five times. With the same insurance. I insisted to let her know I’ve been at this location five times in the past two months she didn’t care to check again.
