Luis skipped me in line, made me wait for him to help another customer then after typed for ten minutes then helped me, i asked if I needed my mobile bill payed and he said no, today i get hit with a bill that i thought i just paid for, luis should be FIRED

Store was nice and the wait was short. However store employee Luis was horrible had no interest in helping us and merely brushed us off to his Manager. The manager Eduardo took care of my parents that switched from Verizon to Spectrum mobile. I was very thankful that Eduardo was patient and eager to help us.

I like this store there's always plenty of staff so the waits not long and they have good customer service. I got my mom a new phone and her line is free for a year! Great deal!

It was clean and plenty of places to sit. It’s right inside the main entrance to the mall. It was very busy. So many people in front of me ended up leaving.

Seems like this location does not like to take returns on cancelled account with cancelled equipment just take the your trash products i dont want them anymore ,

Need to replace my modem, it’s very old and not working. Brought in both modem and router to the store, Spectrum replaced them. The lady who worked there today is very nice and helpful!

The worst service, they charge you extra for everything and without your authorization. If you don't want to get really angry, don't use Spectrum's service.

Came to return equipments. Check in and waited for someone to call my name. There should be at least two customers ahead of me. As I was waiting, I saw 5 employees and only 2 were helping customers. 1 employee was just talking non-stops to the one who is helping a customer. The other 2 act like they are working by staring at the monitors & laugh as the one talking non-stop making funny comments. The customers that came before me were all gone & I notice that they started to help other customers walking in. I have been waiting for 30 minutes so I went to ask for help and to let them know that I need to return these equipments. One employee ask for my name. I told him my name. Then he look at the monitor and claim that he didn’t see my name. He ask me to sign in again. I started to get annoyed & told him that I did sign in, but he stated that I need to sign in before I could get help. I stop trying to argue and when I was turning around, I heard another employee comment that someone deleted my name. I did get annoyed again but I decide to let it go. Once I sign in again, I went to talk to the same employee and he told me I have to wait for someone to call my name. He use an excuse that they need to print the receipt for me and it will take awhile. I waited again for a couple more minutes and finally someone help me. It took only less than 5 minutes to return the equipments and get my return recipe. They made me wait on purpose just because I was there to return the equipments.
I was warned by my co-workers that they all had bad experience at the West Covina Plaza. They warn me that when you want to cancel or return the equipments, majority of these employees play game with you and make you wait on purposed by using the excuse that you do not see your name and started to act annoyed and give an attitude. I can’t believe what my co-worker told me was true. Spectrum employees service depends on what you need help with. I want to give no star rating but it does not give that option so I have to settle with one star. Also, before I decide to come to the store, I look at the reviews & it was mixed with good and bad review. I end up getting the bad experience. At least I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

Service too slow, 2 hours just to deliver the internet equipment... I don't recommend it... too long...
