The guy who was helping us to switch companies, said we can't do finance payments for our new cell phone and we must to pay in full (almost 1000) I asked why we can't do payments and he said he didn't know but the system didn't allow him to do it ?and when we have to paid to switch with them and pay the phone we want to pay cash and he says spectrum didn't take cash just card and no multiple cards , wich was no true neither because early we paid another account in cash...anyway if someone in that location can help me with this issue, I must appreciate

Make An Appointment!!! I walked in at 11:30 my appointment was 11:40. My name was called right away after I signed in. There was 20 people waiting & were not happy cuz they were not aware of making appointments. It's a very big place but not enough people working there.

Waiting time is insane. Took eaily over 30minutes to see 2 customers while there are another 11 in line.

Avoid this location if possible. Nothing against the staff but this place is seriously understaffed, I waited almost 45mins for a new cell phone activation before leaving.There were 10 customers in this store with only 2 employees working, some of which just walked away like I did.. I was the second person signed in but decided 45mins was too long to continue waiting for these guys to wrap up what they were doing.Come on Spectrum, do better!!

It's not about this specific spectrum store, it's about this company, spectrum. I used to use ATT, but they are getting more pricey, so I thought maybe it's a good time to try out something less expensive but also good. When I first went into the store, the sales and people in there were nice, they started to tell me how good spectrum was and what they are comparable to other internet carriers. So I got a very good price with my internet and mobile bundle with spectrum. When I was using ATT, I got a 300 mbps, and it works fine and quick. With Spectrum, since I know they might run little slower, so I got a 1000mbps plan, and the lady even told me most likely they run more than 1000. So if you get 1000, you probably getting 1100mbps, so I left like other happy customers. BUT when I download the speed check app on my phone, a 1000 mbps only runs up to less then 400.....I called them and they said the plan is 1000, but it sometimes due to the signal around my area....LOL ok...fine...But It's been about two months now, this week the home internet went off twice, I was watching TV and all a sudden the TV disconnected...my cousin was doing homework online...THIS NEVER happened to ATT...Neverless, the mobile network is running crazily slow! I couldn't even log into my bank app! This is crazy and I have never had experience this situation with ATT.....I am not sure what happened, but I am pretty sure I am going to switch soon....Also! One of my friend had canceled the service with them, but a month later spectrum mail her a letter, and ask her to pay more than 200 for her bill, but she has already cancelled it. Plus! The plan she had with spectrum wasn't even that expensive!!! She even called spectrum and check the account number, it wasn't even the one she used before!!! And spectrum said, it's for sure her service so she needs to pay, if not, she can file a claim with the police and send spectrum back a repot. So it took her three months to cancel something she didn't purchase!! ITS CRAZY!!I even thought maybe someone in the shop needed to meet their goal for the month, so they used my friend's information to register another account and forgot to cancel it.

Spectrum used to be one of the best internet companies around. Now, they can barely keep up with their own stuff. Once every 2 or 3 months, it goes down. And then I have to reset all my equipment. They want to charge us for 100g of internet, but they can't sustain it.

I had no problem at this location. I’m just frustrated that I squeezed in time to pick up my equipment so I could set everything up today and there has been a spectrum outage. I can’t even set up equipment or use the service at the moment. I read a review about frequent outages so I’m a little concerned that this may be an ongoing issue. Update: I’ve experienced a daily out (sometimes every other day) since connecting service:/ service is out again until 5p. I do a lot of work from home so this isn’t ideal. Looking into other options now

Don’t go to this store, I just got trap by them, i got the new service in April and that time picked up, I told them I need modem only, but they never listen and gave me everything, they never told me and I assumed I just got modem, but currently I moved my house and found out they gave me the new router, I told them I found out this new modem until I moved the house, they didn’t want to help and ask me to call customer service, I called CS and they just said they don’t care. Fine! If my business account end I will cancel the service not to use them anymore! Bad service!!!!!!

I was a Version customer, but when Frontier acquired the lines in the area, the service became terrible. A friend suggested Spectrum to me, and I signed up. I have been a customer now for 7 to 10 years I don't remember. I was always happy with Spectrum, and I suggested them to my parents. They have had good service for years as well. Lately their phone and internet keep going out. They have had Spectrum there 5 or more times that I know of to repair it. They fix it for a day or so and it goes out. Spectrum has replaced everything in their house as well as outside Ron Martinez has even talked my parents into replacing all their outlets in the computer room. When I asked if it could be an issue with the area, he told me "No, no one else has had issues on their street". Strangely several of their neighbors have complained of service issues as well.My parents are 85 and 86, and have been married for 52 years, in January a doctor accidentally punctured my mom's intestines twice in a so-called outpatient surgery. For the last 5 months my mother has been fighting for her life and my father is scared as hell as you can imagine. The phones have been a lifeline to the hospital for my father to check on my mother and to take calls as her condition changes. They need those phones. Less importantly they are paying for a service from Spectrum that has been failing during these trying times.Spectrum we need a solution, real service, and competence. We need it now!

Switching from ATNT to Spectrum was the best choice. We are going to be saving over 30% on our bill. Leslie is amazing. Her knowledge ,patience and superb customer service skills made the transaction easier to do.

Horrible! Not enough employees for the busiest time of the day. 3 workers and 12 customers waiting. Took over an hour to just exchange my cable box Frustrated !!!
