Just came here to see what can they help me with, been a member for 9 years now and you think u get good customer service, nope! Guy here seem soo uneducated with there plans and while I'm asking questions about my plan and promotion he continued to ignore and talk to other employees doesn't make eye contact. Just on his tablet. Seriously thinking of leaving T-Mobile. Service is not very good anymore and the customer service is terrible at T-Mobile stores.And apparently the 5 star rating I just seen from 8 months ago on Rafael was great. But today he was horrible service. Told me to just call for them to help us or go on app. I called on phone, they said going in store was best to get my phone and watch services.

AWESOME! I got a sim card, AND three gigs data with unlimited talk and text for under $30! IN MY NAME. Nothing like PEACE of mind, to ease your worries.

I just want people to be aware if you have a elderly person or a disabled person in your family that go to the store T-Mobile, please please be careful because they open the line with our authorization so the person that did this could come up on commission, so please be vigilant and be aware of what is going on with your account

I won't go to any other t mobile since I've started coming here for help. The workers here actually are really helpful. I've been in twice and no matter how many questioning I have they always break things down so easily and me and my family can understand. Thank you to the hard workers here.

I love coming to this store for help. Rafael is the best sales man. He always fixes my phone issues or gives e right advise. His manager pillip is the sweetest too. Bothof them like dad and son. Highly recommend this store

My mom and I had a great experience here while trying to make phone upgrades. Cellis was a very patient and awesome mobile expert that helped us get the best deal and walk out with new phones that we love. Thank you for your hard work !

We came in for new screen savers and Javier greeted us. He's so knowledgeable, kind, caring and patient. He couldn't find our original receipt for when we bought our cells and screen savers. So he had to call T-Mobile customer care and get on the line with an agent. The agent couldn't find the receipt that showed we purchased our screen savers so said we would have to buy new ones. Javier said how about we go back on our credit card statement and see how much your purchase was and see if it matches the receipt T Mobile has. So we did and seen two different purchases and one was regular purchase and the other was a guess one. So after a while he found what was wrong and got us our new screen savers, which are now $50 each. Javier was able to get us credit, but had to pay $110 today, then the $110 will be deducted from our next bill. But now all is fixed and if the screen savers crack again, we are all good in the system to receive new ones at anytime. Thank you again Javier, Robert and the crew at T Mobile!

Jonathan was excellent, helped us pick out our new iPhone and features and then stayed to help us set it up and answer our questions even though the store had already closed. Jonathan deserves a raise, a big one.

Normally I don't care haha but we really wanted a new phone so we came in, and got signed in like normal. The guy who helped us was super nice so nothing bad to say about him. Wish I caught his name. Then we proceeded to wait a little over 45 mins while a few others after us passed us. We were acknowledged multiple times (eye contact and even was asked if we had signed in) yet we weren't helped. We left, phoneless lol. The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 star review is for how kind the guy who FIRST and ONLY helped us was (glasses, thin king). Thank you to him and only him but everyone else lmfao YIKES.

I'm very surprised to see such bad reviews for this place. Both times I went, the workers were so nice and helpful. I went to the location in the West Covina mall and forget it, those people were useless. Came to this location to upgrade my phone and it was so easy and fast.

Horrible lack of service. Went in on September 9th to preorder the iPhone 14 pro in silver. The salesperson said there was a glitch in their system and ran it twice. September 15th I received an iPhone but it was in the wrong color-gold. I went to the brea in mall location to see what was up and it looked like the person ordered 2 phones deliberately. No glitch. I go through the process to return the wrong color phone, tracked it and T-Mobile received it September 22nd. It's October 8th and have yet to see my $500 credit. The iPhone color I wanted in silver is still back ordered and my order is on hold. Two reps said it's because a card declined and another said it's because it's backordered. I lack trust in this location. I think the guy even changed my plan and added an additional protection service that I don't need because I bought my current phone from apple. It's a big mess.
