Terrible customer service she made me severely uncomfortable giving me really weird looks like I was some weirdo! Is the short lady old with brown hair I felt so uncomfortable and she even called someone on the phone me, acting like i was stealing, and I was just looking at the glasses, at least have a fake attitude she was just looking at me like I was from mars, I swear 8/3/23 around 2Pm

I purchased glasses and brought it in to have what I thought was a quick fix. The Tiffany sunglasses were slipping off because one of the legs felt loose. I took it in, the guy said the pin was not put in correctly, but that he could fix it. I used them again and now the leg came off completely. I tried getting a replacement and the supervisor was rude and unwilling to help me. I asked for her superior's name and she refused to give it to me. According to her, her supervisor doesn't speak to customers. So she is the ultimate person customers can speak with? If so, she needs to learn how to provide better customer service.

Poor skilled workers! They broke my glasses! My Rayban wayfarer was loosen a bit, so I came for leg adjustment. They did a horrible job. One of the leg was cracked due to the too much stress applied into the leg area. They are only good for up selling but doesn't have any skills

I ordered a pair of Versace sunglasses from this location to be delivered to the store (all they had was the display pair and i wanted brand new) 3 days later i get the call to pick up my order. When i arrive there's a young man working by himself. He wasn't very welcoming and he didn't ask me for an id or a receipt. When he gave me the box it was packaged so unfortunately i didn't open it right at that moment. When i did open it in my car the box it came in was old and clearly used! The frames even had finger prints all over them. I paid over 300$ for this pair i expected much better quality and customer service.

Alexis helped me put a screw in my RayBans and was quick and efficient with it. Can't say enough good things about this place but if you need sunglasses, they got you covered! Thanks again. Alexis!

Customer service is everything in business. You can purchase anything online now but when people come to shop, there's a reason. You need help, assistance you want to see how it looks on you and to avoid having to return the item etc. Well, there's bad customer service when a sales person wont look at you, would answer your questions with an attitude and just act VERY arrogant. Lizeth is this salesperson. From the minute we walked in until the time we left, she was rude, annoyed and just simply unhappy with her job. I hope people treat her this way too so she can experience what she does to people. On the other hand, went a different time to purchase something else, Giselle is helpful and friendly. Just very sweet and charming. She was definitely younger than Lizeth but you know she was raised well and just has a better outlook and attitude I should say. So just to warn you, I would call first and see who is working so you'll get good service.

Because we bought sunglasses then there was pandemic we were all on lockdown and kind of still are, they should make exceptions for this major problem going on in the United States for that very reason on exchanges, I just wanted an exchange and their tired old manager was horrible, there should be exceptions for an exchange everywhere at this point I understand not getting money back, but an exchange is different, and should be excepted under the circumstances we are all going through. Yelp is next.

Wish I had read these reviews before shopping at this location inside Macy's. Horrible customer service. Do not shop here. The manager is awful and completely unprofessional.

DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES HERE!!!! You would expect in speaking with the manager that you would at least be dealing with a person with some customer service skills. Not the case, she was rude and unprofessional. Her exact words were "if I exchange the product you purchased as damaged it would cut into my stores profit!!! REALLY!!! LIZ- You are a poor excuse for a manager but I guess the past reviews confirm this. Obviously this is a common practice of this location. MACY"S Shane on you for allowing this company to operate on your property!

Came here a couple times and Jennifer definitely went out of her way. She's made me a repeat customer due to her great customer service in comparison to the Santa Anita Sunglass Hut.

Picked out a set of sunglasses from the display. Brought them to the counter. I saw the old lady behind the counter start to prep them for sale. I told her I wanted a new set and did not want the ones on display. She said I had to get the display glasses and couldn't give me another set. Based on her explanation, I thought they had additional set and only wanted to sell me the display set. Why can't I have a new set? Why do I have to purchase the display set?
