I went in to get a new phone and Celas was really nice and helpful and made the process enjoyable for me and my family during the iCloud backup and we bothered him for a long time past his shift on a Saturday night and he was still so willing to help. Thank you so much!!

Victoria needs customer service skills. I walked in just before two men. I put my name in to be seen. As I browsed and waited, another customer service person helped the two men who walked in AFTER me. Just as I was going to ask, Victoria called my name. She needed a pin # so as I was getting it, another person walked up and she proceeded to help him. I waited some more. She never addressed me. I asked if someone else could help me. She said he was already helping the other men who came AFTER me. I told her I walked in and had to wait, but this person walked right up and she stopped helping me to help him. Apparently he was there earlier... besides the point as far as I'm concerned. Even if that was the case, rather than leaving me stand there while she fumbled through his phone, she could have told me it would be a bit more as she finished with him. I finally told her I would go to another store. She flippantly just said, "okay, have a good day." Not even at that point did she try to do better. So rude. I'm glad I didn't drop my cash there for my upgrade and Apple Watch purchase.

To say that I’m upset would be an understatement. Back in October of 2023 we decided to switch carriers because as you know everything is going up and getting expensive. So we decided to switch to T-Mobile. We were being “ taken care of “ by the manager Steven. We were told and under the impression that we were getting two promotions at once, which one of the promotions was we were switching carriers and keeping the phones that we have temporarily and then once we finished switching carriers we Traded our phones in. So being under the impression and verbally told multiple times that we would be “getting to double dip “ we thought we were getting a good deal. So from it being October 2023 to now February 2024, basically going on four months now The trade in promotion still haven’t kicked in for our bill and I had been given the runaround by Steven saying that it should be applied by this date and then this date and then another date and that he was manually changing our bill to the correct amount. So when February came around, I noticed that our bill yet again, was still at the incorrect amount and wanted to know the update of what’s going on and why the promotions have not been added to our bill. Little did I know that the manager, Steven no longer there and basically left my situation high and dry. So I had not been hearing anything for a little while with any updates and decided to go in store in person just to find out that he’s no longer than manager anymore. Now for someone who keeps having this issue I constantly felt like I was bugging and having to reach out every single month to have this issue fixed with no permanent resolution. So when I was informed that there was a new manager, Daniel, who at least was very honest with me from the moment, I brought my issue to him, He informed me that the reason why the trade-in promotions have not been applied is because we “took advantage of the switch and keep promotion“ And so that promotion cancels out the trade-in promotion because you can’t double dip. Well, that’s funny because that is the exact words that the previous manager used repeatedly when we were switching carriers, and told about both of these promotions that we were going to be receiving, but the sucky part about it is that if we took advantage of the switch and keep promotion, we already traded our old phones in for new ones so if we should’ve been able to keep those where are they and how do we get them back because this is ridiculous and I wanna know why I was lied to and then my situation just left high and dry as well being told several times over the past four months that this was going to be resolved and that it was a simple “mistake”. I’m very disappointed with my experience so far but the only positive thing that I have to say is that I appreciate the current manager, Daniel ACTUALLY looking into why that promotion was not being added, or applied to our bill, and he at least was honest with me and understanding of my situation so I do appreciate his help but overall, my experience has not started off on the right foot.

Drea was really nice and patient with me and my family while we made the switch to T-mobile. We never felt rushed and she took the time to explain everything to us and answered any questions we had. We really appreciated the whole experience!

I am writing a review based on my awesome experience here today with David. I called before I went in, to ask about my phone camera that was acting up. He mentioned a few options and said I could go in and he could take a look to see if it was something that could be fixed there at the store. He also said if it was something that could not be fixed, I would probably have to go to the Apple Store, which I was dreading because it takes so long to get an appointment with them, and I don't have one near me. So I went in, hopeful that my phone would be fixed. Once I got there, he started trying to fix my phone and within a few minutes it was fixed and I was out of there. Several people came in and he was so efficient. There was another employee working with him who was helping another customer. She went to look for a phone and I didn't see her for a while so he was left to attend to all the other customers for a bit. Not once did I see him stressed... usually the T-Mobile stores I go into have one or two workers helping and sometimes appear stressed as people start walking in, but not David, lol. The customer that was being helped by the other employee even asked where she went (because she took a while to come back) and he was even nice enough to text her and he let the customer know he had texted her. He acknowledged every customer, and let them know he would get to them in a bit. While my phone was updating, he would quickly go to the other people that came in and help them. This was right after he would first mention he was going to help them while my phone was updating. So professional. He helped about three people that way, and none of us ever felt unattended. This guy needs a raise! Great store to come to!

Will not go back to this T-Mobile worker looked very tired this was in the morning but at any time you deal with customers you have to have a good attitude with customers or have a strong coffee from Starbucks

Unprofessional staff. They dont greet and just give you that looks like im bothering them especially that female dont know her name. 2nd time here and same outcome. Rather drive further to get some help

Service here is a joke. Couldn't do what I needed done to return a device. Agent was good but on the support phone and they couldn't do anything either. TMobile service had severely declined used to be the best

I was told my account was fixed by a representative here, bought a device under that assumption but still was locked out and had to pay a restocking fee.I do not recommend T-Mobile for customer service.

My experience from beginning to end was GREAT! Customer service from David C. was EXCEPTIONAL! He took his time helping me upgrade my phone. There wasn't a single instance when I felt like he was rushing us out to help the next person. Then a week later, I drop my phone, face down and YEP, YOU GUESSED IT, BACK AT T-MOBILE The second visit went just as well as the first! This time Victoria (I think that's her name, I'm AWFUL with remembering names ) helped me and she was JUST AS GREAT with service as my first experience. Clearly great customer service is part of the fabric at this location. I'll make this store my first choice for instore service going forward.

I went to 2 location before this location on citrus in the city of West Covina, I really hope that this the right location. Victoria went over and beyond she did her job unlike the gentleman at the other locations they did not attempt to fix the problem just told me I need a new phone. So I got one it was still bugging me that they did not even look at the phone I quess I was not pretty enough for them to do there job 1st location I went was at the Glendora market place. Than they sent me to one on Route 66 and was treated the same. I have been a customer over 20 +years. Same thing happened they said you need a phone with our trying to fix it, long story short got the new phone looked up how to fix my old phone. Nothing was wrong just needed a few updates. Thank Victoria for taking the time to transfer my pictures and things over
