David is the MAN! He was so helpful at the electronics section during the Christmas shopping rush today. He was very down to earth and personable when helping me buy AirPod Pros for a Christmas gift. He had an uplifting and cheerful mood that I only see very rarely. Thank you DAVID!

Unfortunately it would seem that Target has loaded their employees with so much work, they cant assist shoppers. This looks to be the trend, work employees to the bone and if we have questions, oh well. I needed some assistance in electronics so I went to the scanner and hit the button. 5 employees walked by, all with pallets and carts to stock, no one helped. Short staffed? Too much work for employees to stop and help? Probably, lets do better

Target has implemented a rule where the self checkout lane is 10 items or less and the manned checkout lane was for everyone. I waited in self checkout to be told I was in the wrong lane to go into a lane where the cashier moved like pond water. It's ridiculous you get penalized for spending more money. I'll just use car pickup service from now on and avoid this.

I was at Hobby Lobby picking up a post wedding and birthday gift. I needed to package them together. I had a choice between Target or Wal-Mart at the Eastland Center. I was drawn to Target so here I am...I love the red color and how Target displays their merchandise. Clean and organized at every aisle. Of course my visit was only to get some gift bags and cards along with some gift cards as well. They have a massive wall of gift cards to choose from which I love. Got a good eats and a good fun gift cards... $50 bucks each. Picked up a couple gift bags, gift tissues, and cards... about $16 total.Went through the self-checkout with no issues. Service is good even though its self-service. Mission accomplished with my visit. Thank you Target!

This review is for a specific employee i encournteredPrivate Kile! what a nice fella! they/he helped me out in the beauty department but he didn't really know what he was doing...shame. its ok though, not everyone perfect so i figured it out myself and to make up for his human mistake, i had him helpo me reach for the shampoo on the highest shelf since im so tiny i could barely even see what i was searching for Wow he was very good at reaching in high places and this helped a ton! thanks kile!!

I ordered a Drive-Up. App said order was ready. Arrived & employee said my order wasn't ready & theyre "looking for it". Waited 20 minutes & finally they said my order was missing. Walled inside & told it was out of stock. WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE!!! UNRELIABLE!!!!!

Love this Target it's close and Newley remodeled, they keep the store, nice and clean. There's even a Starbucks right near the entrance for that coffee fix! Parking can be a bit hectic but mostly on the weekends!

This Target location is next to Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG), in the Eastland Shopping Center. The parking lanes are 1-way. I had never been inside the Target location until this past trip when I went to DSG to browse. The parking lot and the crosswalk is a mess. The amount of cars and people crossing is interesting. Overall, I was able to find the one item I needed and was able to self-checkout and complete my quick shopping trip. Like all other Targets, I like how each store has the same or comparable layout where it is easy to find your items. I did not have any interactions with any employee so cannot comment on customer service, store cleanliness, or how fully (or not fully stocked) their shelves were. Overall, conveniently located across the street from IKEA and other nearby stores in the Eastland Shopping Center. Not my favorite Target, but it is a Target.

This store has a perennial problem with no carts being in the queue in the store for use.I have repeatedly arrived to find no carts and one or two employees standing idle near the empty queue. (?)I have been offered a hand basket...Not useful for 35 lbs of cat litter plus 22 lbs of cat food and 30 lbs of dog food. Often times I have needed to collect a hamd basket from one of the check out stands - Not a big deal. I do not, however, like being told that I need to return to the parking lot and find an available cwrt with which to complete my shopping.Management needs to monitor or assign a monitor to ensure the carts are cycled in from the parking lot before the queue is completely empty.This is not rocket science.Tonight, for the third time, I left the store because there were ZERO carts available.Granted this is December 23, but this has happened previously far removed from any holiday. It is and has been a perennial problem at this location.I get the task of collecting the carts is a chore and likely unpleasant, BUT, it is part of the business I may not be the only potential shopper the leave without purchasing a cart load totalling over $100.

Very clean store. Always has everything I need. Staff is friendly and efficient. Lines might get alittle long sometimes, but they die down quick. #livebetterworkunion

Worse target ever , they claimed to be bussy for order pick up , order was put 4 hrs ago , come to check and see customer service their answer was we bussy , while the stupid employees are outside chilling in the ohone , no wonder why they back up

Go to the pharmacy to purchase at-home covid test and signs there said they could only be purchased at Guest Services. No signage at Guest Services there stating that's where the tests could be purchased. One employee working in Guest Services though there were at least 12 people in line and normal checkout lines were almost empty. Waited forever only to find they're out of stock despite website saying they're in stock. Covid rapid tests can't be shipped or ordered for pickup/drive up. It's the most nonsensical thing ever! Why expose employees and customers to people who are potentially infected in LONG post-Christmas return lines for Covid tests??? I asked the employee monitoring the self-checkout line (today 1/11 around 5pm) if he could just have someone bring a covid test to self checkout so I wouldn't have to be around all those others customers. He first told me they don't sell those there. When I told him that pharmacy confirmed they did, he just flat out said no, he wouldn't help. Picture attached shows who is in front of me at Guest Services line today. There were several people behind me in line too. Two of customers ahead of me were there to pick up their drive-up orders because they had been waiting in the parking lot for someone to bring it to them for 30+ minutes. Starbucks also has horrible customer service. I was the only customer they were serving today 1/11 approx. 5pm. I ordered one drink. Barista got pitchers of different syrups/juices out ready then a woman who appeared to be a supervisor came and started telling her about some policy about their signage/menus, which stopped the barista from focusing on my drink. Due to this, I waited 10 minutes, while they had a conversation in my face that definitely could've waited. This establishment is a disgrace.

I came here because the other target said what we were looking for was here. Here said the other Target had it.. I found an associate in the area, Carina. She was nice enough to go and check the back.. what customer service!! They didn't have it, but awesome that she looked! Thanks!!

This review and low star is for the floor manager "Beth" scolding an employee in front of guests. As a costumer I shouldn't see or hear someone getting talk down because a bin had no liner. She said "I shouldn't be telling you this" "you should already know" She's actually wrong not everyone knows to put a liner. Every culture and home is different. That talk should be done in the back not by the entrance. Other than that this target gets 5 stars always, organized and returns are easy.

Ive come to this Target multiple times and its a great store location. Store is well kept and customer service is good. Came to purchase several items on sale and the prices are legit. many times they were out of stock on supplies during Covid. But now, its all the same again.
