I'll start off by stating that Alfred and his team of professionals are hands down the best Tax preparer's I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Accommodating and kind... they ARE NOT a cookie cutter Tax service and treat you like a human being. I'll give you the Bullet points: * PROFESSIONAL!!! these people know what they are doing!! I found The Agency through Yelp. Spoke to Alfred regarding income tax inquiries but I also had other questions regarding 1031 exchange. Alfred and team doesn't handle 1031, however, he was able to link me with other professionals who took care of business for me! Alfred's genuineness and willingness to help a total stranger, me, made me feel comfortable and I will be using their services when applicable!

I'd like to thank Alfred and Perla for all of their help over the years regarding my taxes and other areas. The Agency team is efficient and knowledgeable in the tax process, credits available, and overall being able to walk me through each year changes in my taxes. As a mortgage lender it is very hard to find a reliable and trustworthy credit repair company...However, The Agency, LLC is the anomaly...consistent, reliable and trustworthy. They have helped me fix my personal credit and are also the company I refer my clients to! Get your taxes done here too. Staff is great, have worked with Perla and Alfred.

I called The Agency for advice on a big purchase I was going to make, and the best way to go about buying using my credit. Alfred answered the phone, and walked me through step by step on how to get the best deal I can, in the most efficient time, and also explained how to maximize my credit utilization rate to increase my credit score and keep it high. I super appreciate the advice he gave me and can tell he was a super solid guy, and was genuinely trying to help. I'll def. be going back to him for all my tax and credit needs.

This review is long overdue. The process on starting up an LLC can be really daunting for a person going through this for the first time. I was confused and frustrated having to sift my way through all the reading material just to start my own LLC without fear of doing something incorrectly that could impact me down the line financially. A coworker hearing my frustration recommended me to Alfred at the Agency to start my LLC. Let me tell you, Alfred did not disappoint. He was very professional, knowledgeable but more importantly able to help me understand and guide me through the whole process. He took the time to break down the technical terms into plain English and actually teach me so I understood what I was signing up for when creating my LLC.
