Horrible customer service , from the lead to cashiers! I got to the store today Sunday at 6:25Pm after my work, since I got there I wasn’t welcome, asked questions about colors for boys sweaters , they told me just anything that is there , they didn’t tried to recommend online, I asked some pants prices because it’s advertised 60% with not tag on the item, the cashier pointed me to the scanner, 10 minutes later reminding me that they will close in 15 minutes, 10 minutes before to 7:00PM they turned off the lights and immediately a cashier coming saying “I m going to close the register” I needed to hurry up to go pay ! Honestly with all the options online , and others sisters stores that have better deals right now , I am upset to myself for not leave everything and not buy nothing:(I am going back tomorrow to return Everything ?I deserve to be help with a good attitude and if I don’t get that service I will not settle for less and going back to those tedious people. Not even one person was nicer to me! They didn’t let a group of color people enter the store 10 minutes before closing, but they let another customer to enter after they left ! I told them please don’t discriminate people ! Ouch ?

I went to checkout and a black lady rung me up. She was mumbling and asking me what I thought at that time if I wanted to open account and asked me to enter my email. When I did, she told me not account found. I told her I don't have an account. She told me she had already asked me if I had an account earlier but her tone was super rude.. I apologize and said I couldn't hear her correctly. My friend checked out before me as well and she wasn't exactly polite to her as well. Now I see why all the children place are going out of business. Try to hire more polite and respectful staff and maybe the business will get better. Who would come back to a store with a staff that is rude and unfriendly to their customers.

I went in for a return on 5/8/23 for online return. First off I wasn't greeted when I was in line and when I was helped no greeting. I told her I had to make a return she asked all the usual questions and when finished no thank you or have a good day. She looked miserable and sad to be working there. The store is a complete mess. I attempted to walk through but decided to leave since everything was disorganized. I'd never return unless I had a online return order I guess. Whoever is the manger they are doing a terrible job.

horrible customer servicemessy storeline allllways there cuz theres 1 employeei qaa quiet because i didnt wanna be rude or say something mean! yet you have the audacity to say "you dont have to be rude!"excuse me but you gave me attitude and shit and dont know how to do your job and expect me to be nice to you! you get what you give.

I totally understand why this store only has 2 stars. Staff is rude. Fitting rooms are closed because the “lights don’t work.” Anna was rude and wouldn’t let my child try anything on because the fitting room doesn’t have lights… won’t come here ever again

This place is just RIDICULOUS! They hung up their phone on me THREE TIMES and I have no way of finding out anything about my order that has been delayed with no other updates as to the expected delivery, nor can I get through to corporate, this was a complete waste of my money and time.

Worst customer service I have ever received by the manager Monique and Annamarie and the heavyset girl that worked with both this evening but flipped her badge so I couldn't see it. I walked in with an exchange they talked in the corner for maybe 10 mins then decided to help me. They said they could only exchange my item for the same item just a different size . Not a problem that's what I would like to do I tell her there aren't any nearby stores and I would rather not drive to Citadel for a pair of shirts I ask if she can order them online. She(Annamarie) says no problem. She informed me that I had rewards I say ok cool I'll use them for these shirts it's a separate purchase. She charged me at the end but only a few dollars so I assumed it had something to do with not having the receipt. No biggie then she hands me the original skirts I say wait I was exchanging these she said I told you I couldn't I said I have no use for these you said you could she then says she doesn't know what to tell me. I ask for her manager who is Monique and the rudest woman I've ever met in customer service before I could get a word out she said man it's our policy. I said I haven't even gotten a word out and your the manager she rolled her eyes I immediately get offended and tell her she should not be a manager or in customer service.

Went yesterday 7/30 in the afternoon. I had a great experience with both ladies at the register. I'm sorry but I didn't get their names but they allowed us to do an even exchange with clothes I bought online a couple months ago. That's what I get for assuming my child wouldn't get that much bigger lol. Anyways they were both so helpful and sweet. I appreciated their help very much. Thank you ladies very much and love your Hawaiin shirts.

I walked in to return some items. It was empty and I was literally ignored by the two cashiers for like 15 minutes. They kept having a conversation and didn't pay attention to me at all bad customer service!!! I will not be returning here. This is the reason why I shop online!

Two cashiers and two floor employees were working this afternoon, I was next in line. The 2nd cashier closed down and began folding tshirts next to the registers. I asked if she could check us out and she said she couldn't open back up. The wait time was about 10-12 minutes before I was served. I hope the manager realizes that long lines are to be avoided at retail stores. I called later to voice my concerns. Hopefully when I return next year, the service will have improved!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. OMG how in the world does this store even stay open? The store manager is NOT doing their job. I have never been in a store that looks like a tornado ran through it. Thrift stores are better organized. This place is horrible!!! Corporate needs to have this place get their act together. Bet they don't make any money. Employees are letting this place loose profit just because they won't work. Do your job fold and hang the clothes up people. Start with 1 table at a time. You can do it.

I guess I have to leave a 1 star. Why doesn't it give you the option for -1? Well this store deserves -5. Store just opened up at 10:30am and this is the store how it is they dont bother to clean? And the store employee Ivone is a horrible at her job. But I guess she works in the place as it seems. Came here for some items they claim they dont have.? Yeah I am sure its because they dont want to look through the mess they dont clean.
