“Listen up shoppers, I'm a regular and it seems like goodwills are going insane..this location has a rude clown manager working there. She makes this company look like a joke, with pink hair she's very rude and is errogant. The other workers are cool and this female acts like she is CEO of the store. I bought one thing and left. Not sure if I'll ever return..bad experience with west Covina. Circus is back in town. Fire that joke. Real nice people need her position....I'm shopping online now.”
