Definitely horrible. The head cashiers know absolutely nothing about the specials. The managers don't even care to answer there phones. I was buying some flowers that were advertised as special pricing. I took a picture because the flower itself had a different price. I go to pay and they decided that the price is not correct as shown on display. They reported it was a mistake but could not display the ones for sale price because they were lying. Then while I was trying to clear it out and have it make sense the cashier had about 5 other customers go ahead of me. So she couldn't even give me her undivided attention to solve my problem properly.

Your policy of opening up a sealed Christmas tree is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard. What are you implying? That we opened the box in the middle of the store, placed items in it, then sealed up the box again? When I mentioned this to the woman at the checkout, she said "oh no, sir. We're not implying YOU would do that!" So then you're implying somebody else opened up the box, placed items in it, then sealed it up again and left it in the store for someone else? Absolutely absurd! After they looked inside the box, they taped it up quite poorly and pieces of the tree fell out as we were trying to place the box in the car, making us even more mad. Great way to treat customers buying a $500 Christmas Tree. There is absolutely no logical reason for this practice and we hate dealing with companies that are stuck on stupid. Next time we'll go to Lowe's.

Horrible and I mean horrible customer service!!! If you're planning on picking up curbside, DON'T!!!! You will sit in your car while they ignore the phone they use! I ordered some gardening supplies used the app as instructed, sat in the spot for 45 minutes!!! I waited and waited some more until I got tired of patiently waiting and walked into the store. My order wasn't ready, and they were clueless, taking about they had just received my message. DO NOT USE CURBSIDE PICKUP UNLESS YOU HAVE AN HOUR TO HANG AROUND!

horrible customer service. i'll ask for help to look for something or ask what product to use. i would just get a finger point towards a general direction or tolled to read on my own the products . horrible . zero help . how i am suppose purchase from you if i get no help .

I just want to say I really appreciate this location. Went to the gardening center and had so many questions regarding house plants and exterior plants. Donny G. Was the man! He helped my wife and I answering all of our questions with awesome customer service. We appreciate you Donny and every employee should be like him, eager to help us (the customer) out. This is my favorite store from now on.

I was in dire need of a mailbox post because my mailbox was hit and was pitched to one side, which made it unrepairable So I headed to home depot to look for a replacement, and I was lucky to find a post in stock. I also would need a bag of cement and a post-hole digger from their tool rental department.I came home and was able to complete the task within 3 hours. Home Depot is your one-stop home improvement store when you have a project that needs to get done. So Convenient to be able to walk in and grab the tools and supplies such a great time saver.

Very bad customer service for returning with a woman named Stephanie,very rude and completely ruining my plan for exchange products for my time sensitive construction work . And she also said it s not her fault that my card was blocked which I never intend to say it was her fault. She was playing games and really disrespect me as a customer. I love other employees form this West Covina Home Depot ,but I really dislike Stephanie s opinionated attitude towards a loyal pro customer. I never want to see her again . And advise fellow friends don't go for her for services. that s all .

We come to this location all the time and always have a positive experience. This time, we went to buy flooring and wanted to make sure we captured an online deal. Dayana offered to assist and she was truly amazing!! Unfortunately, the process ended up being far more complicated than any of us anticipated but she was with us through every step. She made sure we got the deal and left happily satisfied. She was super patient and sweet. Truly happy she was the one to assist us. She displayed excellent customer service. Thank you DAYANA! (:

I have become a regular customer at this Home Depot and two or three other locations now that I am a home owner. This store is always fully stocked, employees are generally avail to assist customers and prices are second to now on most items. Employees are all very friendly. Return policy can't be beat. Basically, no questions asked. If you are not 100% satisfied, full refund or exchange.

*Do Not Buy Windows Here - Go To Lowe's* Home Depot cost me $100000 over a 30 year period. I spent $50k in the last year & I ordered a window they lost twice and they promised to give it to me for free but later decided to offer me a gift card for $250 which isn't even a third of the cost. Don't use Home Depot for any home renovations. Go to Lowe's. They treat their customers better than Tobias Santana and Loraine Nation.

Today 5/17/22 this morning I was looking for a plywood board. A Homedepot technician gentleman respectfully asked me if I needed help & I pointed the plywood board I want & would like to have it cut to 76 "x 40" that I need as a bed platform for my van to be placed on top of a folding metal bed frame. He immediately carried the wood board and cut it perfectly. He asked me if there is anything else he can do to help. What a great service. I would like to thank him for the great customer service & I think his name is Michael, he is Asian American & it was 11 am Tues 5/17/22. Thank you Home Depot for making my day great.

After a recent shopping trip to HD, I was invited to complete a survey. Upon completion of the survey, I was asked if I would be interested in writing a review. I decided to write a review to share my recent experience. However, the instructions in the sidebar says they would like to "post reviews," but I should not write a review about customer complaints. They suggested complaints should be addressed directly to the store/manager. Seriously??? Is this so the complaint can be brushed under the carpet and no one would be the wiser? I'm writing to share my experience with the customer service I received from Kathleen, the cashier, in the garden shop. The price rang up higher on my purchase than the price on the shelf tag. I questioned Kathleen and showed her the picture of the shelf price tag. First she said the UPC code in the picture did not match the product I purchased. (BTW - the numbers matched exactly). Then she told me the planter I purchased was the 28 inch planter even though the sticker on the bottom of the planter was labeled as 20 inches. My husband didn't want to hassle with her and agreed to pay the higher price. What bothered me most was Kathleen's attitude. She never offered to check on the discrepancy. She just made the assumption that I was wrong and didn't care about customer satisfaction. This is the best way for businesses to lose their customer base. The reason I decided to give 2 stars instead of 1 is when I went to customer service and showed the cashier my receipt and the picture that was date and time stamped, she agreed to charge the lower price.
