Think they got bought out or some type of change in ownership because they're so different than they were 5 years ago. Fees are higher, but customer service is a joke. We mostly use them for multi family lending. They take weeks to respond to a phone call or email. I have 2 emails that I haven't gotten a response to after 4 months. What on earth do they do every day if they're a muti-family lender? Rates have increased so business has slowed down. They've forgotten to pay our impound account, don't respond to emails or phone calls, don't request or review quarterly financials, don't know if our account is impounded, etc. They're also holding $100k of our money in a checking account and I can't get a response to release it

Very unprofessional. The person runs credit side asks ridiculous question that has nothing to do with the loan. Hire someone knows how to do the work.
