First and last time at this location. The brown lady, who I’m assuming is the manager because how entitled she acts, was very rude and disrespectful. You can tell she’s holding back a lot of attitude and is easily offended. All my wife and I asked for was, “what size box would best fit these clubs?” And she came at us complaining that we didn’t even have the decency or competence to measure before hand. Will never come here again and HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

There is a $3.99 email fee if you want to print something via email. It’s ridiculous to have to pay over $5 to print out two pages in black and white.

This place . Understaffed, poor customer service, Most of the time you spend it waiting as the line is out the door. And then when you go.. UPS says no WIFI so they can't ship.. what a joke this place is,

Very Efficient . I have been there on busy days and the staff is whipcrack fast. They assisted guests quickly and kindly. They made everyone feel like this was their personal postal service. I enjoy doing business with this store because everyone is so kind. The store manager Preet is outstanding and she runs a tight operation. When you see her, tell her Vince sent you !

If you copy or print, unlike other stores you will need to wait in the long main line to pay because they havent figured out how to attach a point of sale to a printer like every other UPS store. Waste of time.

$6 to print 4 sheets of black and white documents. I'm speechless. Unfortunately at the time this was my only option, otherwise I would have gone anywhere else.

This store is amazing. I decided to get a mailbox here so my packages wouldn't get stolen. The team here always welcome me in and address me by my name. The Manager, the staff....everyone is amazing here. They helped me with returns and everything. Very patient. I would recommend to a friend
