“Good experience overall. However the appointment process should be explained when you book your appointment online. You don’t have an appointment. You check in and it’s a cattle call. What I thought should be a 10-15 minute appointment turned out to be almost an hour in total. But the veterinarian and the techs were awesome and worked well with the pets. Poor appointment system but top notch staff trying to make this poor system work”

“I brought my puppy Lola today at West Covina Pet Hospital. The 2 ladies at front desk Laura and Barbara were very nice. Emily the Vet Tech was excellent! I’d give her A+++, Emily was so kind and supportive to me. She handled my puppy so gently and spoke to me with respect and understanding, always smiling, WOW! she was really awesome! Dr. Holt was so kind, she took time explaining to me things about my puppy and provided non- invasive plan of care. She was also so gentle and thorough with my puppy.

“Doctor saw our dog post hospitalization as per doctor’s recommendation-Our dog received supplemental IV hydration, one half day stay cost of $150 until 5pm, $60 consultation fee, and additional fess to include iv medication for a total $535.14. They were personable and gentle of our dog’s condition. Blood work expected to cost $200-ish on Friday.”
