What an incredible shopping experience. Destiny was a great help very knowledgeable and great personality. Wished there were more young ladies like this. Because of her I will be shopping there more often. She was there on her day off and still had a great attitude. Thank you Destiny for all your great help.

Great store and friendly service, shout out to Destiny, she was extremely helpful, kind, and pretty. I really enjoy the sales or half off at this store compared to other locations that usually don't have the vitamins stocked up or variety even.

Whoever is in charge of reading these yelp reviews, first and foremost, you need to fire your manager. Secondly, you need to contact head of property management and have them put trash receptacles around the building so the customers that are walking in are able to throw the trash away and or if they're buying ready to drink protein items, they're able to throw them out in a trash receptacle. There's three things that you're always able to control no matter the outside circumstances, and they are your attitude, effort, and choices. The female manager that was working today 12/12 at 2:30pm was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I walk in with an empty box and a can that I wanted to throw away but instead of there being no trash receptacles prior to entering the building, I thought that I might be able to throw them away inside. She presumedly said, "we do, but you cannot throw your trash inside because it will begin to stink up our place." So instead of asking me if there was food in the box, she assumed that there wasn't and then responding in a condescending manner. (Attitude) After she was standing there and watched a guest go up to the register, and I was done selecting my item, I went up to the register. She instead decided to go in the back, and not ring me up in a timely manner (choice & no effort) I'll be ordering all my things off Amazon. They're cheaper, quicker and less hassle. It's a shame this is what customer service looks like now. Vitamin Shoppe Corporate-Feel free to reach out and remedy this atrocity.

Just walked out of store and feel a bit frustrated because of the poor customer service. The employee Destiny saw me walking around the store, looking for a product, but not once made an attempt to ask me if I needed help or if I was doing OK she was just on her phone behind the counter. When I asked her for a specific product, she just pointed in the direction instead of showing me exactly where to look. I was carrying a lot of things, so I just put them down on the counter so I can keep looking and she didn’t even bother helping me move the things in front of the register when it was time to pay she was just standing there waiting for me to grab all of my things, ugh. I have been here many times, and never had such a poor experience. Do better Destiny or find a job you actually like ?

If u can give a zero I would, they just lost me as an customer, I went to return something I didn't have a receipt and she said on the phone it was fine it will be on my account. When I got there she couldn't find it on my account and I told her that was the only place I got it at like less than 2 months ago she said unfortunately I can't return them, I told her it's not my fault the girl with the puff hair there put them on another account she walked away cause she remembers me but acted like she didn't so I won't used them anymore bad customer service qnd that puff hair girl is rude

If your looking for awesome place to pick up your vitamins or protein this is the spot Chris was helpful in Directing me to the products I wanted and did not try to sale me anything I didn't want and was really Knowledgeable when it came to explaining differences between brands and beyond awesome customer service was completely satisfied with my experience over all and Purchase.

I just moved to the SGV. This is my go-to vitamin shoppe. Shout out to Marcus for the awesome service. He's knowledgeable on everything. He was cool enough to answer all my questions and we even talked about gym/fitness stuff too. Definitely liked the good vibes. They have plenty of inventory depending on what you need. The place is clean and well lit. I just came to get my protein refill. Walked in on a deal. Bogo on some protein. Thought I'd try it. And even got some EAA's. Going to try those out. Keep up the good work guys.

Very convenient location as the one near me has closed, City of Industry. We were looking for a certain supplement but many stores only had delivery as an option, but we needed it right away. I ordered the night before for store pick-up, and it was ready the very next morning, a little after the store opened. I was greeted upon entering the store and was in and out in just a few minutes! Great customer service and very efficient! Will most definitely come here again in the future. Parking lot is a bit small, but I guess they do with what they can, since they are located next to a dealership and next to Burger King.
